I called on a lark and was quickly put in touch with Kevin, who later even called me back outside of store hours to answer my questions. Cassie Campbell, or better known as the Wellness Centre's twin…read more The reason I say that is because the layout for both of them is basically identical. However, perhaps because it is newer, Cassie Campbell is a little nicer. What I like about it is the giant glass walls that allow you to see outside. It really makes the place seem bigger and non-claustorphobic. The layout of the gym consists of all the workout equipment in the centre, and a track circling around, with the corners available for stretching exercises. Basically every piece of equipment one could need is here, and then some. The membership fees are reasonable. I bought a month pass which is only $40 if you are a student, otherwise its closer to $50. For a one time pass it's $7 for a student and closer to $10 if you are not a student. There are also a lot of other activities and classes since it's a community centre; however, I can only comment on the gym part since that's all I really used. If you are looking for a place to workout, I recommend at least trying out this gym, you might end up loving it. Warning, depending on which side you come from on Chinguacousy you may have to pull a U-Turn to get inside the parking lot lol. . . but bonus though, if you buy a pass to any Brampton city gym, you gain access to all their gyms.

I reached out, and per my own research and their suggestion, cleaned the venturi tube which can cause an ignition. Tried to light it again, and the entire underside of the table went up in flames. Clearly this was not a maintenance issue. This was very dangerous, and I reached out to customer care in the Spring. I realize due to Covid things are taking a bit longer but I have been very patient. It is now September. More than a dozen emails back and forth and I have ben told this is a 'maintenance' issue and they would not be able to assist, yet how can something be deemed a maintenance issue if no one even came to look at it? The entire summer has now come and gone and I have not been able to use this product due to the fear it would explode. Several unanswered emails, showed a copy of my invoice - why has it taken almost 5 months for this to be looked at? I am very disappointed that I purchased a product over $1000 and have been completed ignored about my concerns due to the dangerous nature of the situation. And worse, that I cannot even enjoy it for my personal use. No attempts have been made to rectify this, however I did receive an email back saying I could pay an additional $400 for a new table.
