Awesome service from an awesome company!…read more These guys have helped me out of a jam more than once. They came out promptly and helped me out when one of the windows shattered out of my business and I literally could not go home until it was fixed. I spent a lot of time guarding the hole in the building where the window once was until Guelph Glass showed up and saved the day! They have done not only big jobs for me, but also tiny ones as well. Once I had them put a piece of glass into a locket for me and they did it cheerfully, even though I'm sure it was a pain in the butt, and frankly, not even worth their time to do. AND they even gave me a FREE box of glass once when I asked them for some of their extra unusable pieces for an art project I was working on. So I HIGHLY recommend Guelph Glass for your biggest projects and also your smallest. They're fast, friendly and fabulous!

As with all large projects, things went wrong during installation - a huge storm wiped out the excavation and had to be redone but Mike and the team were on it and kept things moving nicely. The salt water system makes the pool easy to maintain, which is great since I don't have 3 hours a week to balance chemicals and keep the pool clear. Would use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for a turn-key pool solution.

We've always used a different company in Stratford for our hot tub maintenance and supplies…read more However we weren't happy with their service any longer. We started buying our supplies from Bosco's a while ago, and liked the people who worked there. They help out the community. We called them up to have them come take a look at the hot tub. We told them the problem was with the LED panel on the front. They came over and pulled the front of the hot tub off to get the model number and told me they would price up the part, and a few other things we wanted and left. We ordered it and the part was in quite quickly. The guys came over to install it, and not too long after, there was a rap at the door. "Has this always been like this?" I told him that it was never great, and kept getting worse until we couldn't read it anymore. He told me... When he looked closely at it, something seemed off. So he carefully peeled back the sticker with the English control labels, and under it, he found the PROTECTIVE SHIELD on the LED screen. You know, the plastic film on electronics. So after a few months the water gradually seeped under in the plastic got more and more yellow in hard until we could go longer see through it. When the other company replaced it, about two years ago, they had left it on, and the sticker they applied covered the edges. We never would've known the difference. The guys from BOSCO give you faith in people again.
