It was a great expreiance. We need more people like this in the sale industry. Don't hesitate to deal with Pioneer pools and Brady..

Answer: Although they get you to sign an agreement stating you need one, we were told legally we did not need one. WRONG!! It is illegal to have a pool without a fence permit, which could result in huge fines and the dismemberment of our pool. 2. Will they be bringing in machinary to dig due to our fencing situation. Answer: No. They will dig it all by hand. WRONG!! It wasn't until after the pool was paid for and delivered that we were informed that we would have to remove half our fence, including posts (which are 3 feet in the ground) otherwise pay $400 extra to dig by hand 3. Will they remove sod / dirt etc. Answer: Yes, we take care of all of this. WRONG!! We were also informed at the time of delivery that it would be an extra $350 to have the sod hauled away. Bottom line: They either do not train their sales staff properly, or they just dont give a damn about lying to their customers in order to get a sale. I would not recommend this company to purchase a pool from.

Custom LeisureScapes installed an inground pool for us the fall of 2019. We went with this company…read morebecause their price was a little bit better than the competition, and they were able to do an install relatively quickly. Things started off ok, other than the deep end stairs were installed crooked. The compromise we were offered was a refund on the cost of the stairs and having the holes where the stairs were supposed to go covered with a plastic plug. The following year this company opened our pool and there was an immediate problem with a large amount of water leaking from the pump. The owner Steve, came and fixed it, and said we shouldn't have anymore problems. The following day we began to experience ongoing problems with our intermittent pump. It kept losing prime and shutting off. Again, Steve came and had a look. He couldn't identify anything so reset it and said we should be good. Unfortunately that was the beginning of a chronic problem. For a big part of the summer we were dealing with a pump that would lose prime for no apparent reason, air bubbles coming from the deep end return, and when we tried to reprime the pump it took forever. We contacted Steve numerous times over the summer to request that our problem be identified and fixed. Steve would not give out his number, and the only way we had to contact him was via email. We sent Steve numerous emails during this time, which he responded to. His responses would flip flop between there not being any problem with our pump, it was just the way our system worked, the pump was too far from the pool (which he installed - so if this was the case why would he install it the way he had), and that he just needed more time to figure it out. Finally we decided to take matters into our own hands and hire a third party company to identify the problem. We notified Steve that we were going to do this, and he was quick to respond that they would hire someone. This company came out to do a full inspection of our lines. My husband and I were here at the time of the inspection. We were told by the third party company that the lines were fine, but that there was definitely a problem with our pump. They were going to send a report to Custom LeisureScapes. A few days later we heard from Steve via email. He stated that there was no problem with our pool, and that we should pay for the inspection. He also said that he was going replace our pump anyway. We refused to pay for the inspection, and days later Steve's team came out to replace the pump. We had no issues after that with losing prime, or any other major pump issues. At the end of the season the bearings went in the second pump. By this time we were so dissatisfied with dealing with Steve we had moved our business to another long time pool company here in Stratford. When they closed the pool for us last year they identified the bearing issue and contacted Hayward right away. Despite the fact that they did not install our pool, or the second pump they were able to get us a brand new pump under warranty at no cost to us. This was great customer service on their part!! If only Custom LeisureScapes had offered us the same customer service last year we would have been happy. This has been an exhausting process, and we would not recommend this company to anyone! I have all of the emails and documentation to back the experience we had with Custom LeisureScapes, and I hope that no one else is treated like we were. Do yourself a favour and if you are thinking of installing a pool, or even getting a hot tub, shop around! A quick install date and a little bit better price is a small thing compared to having to deal with ongoing issues, and incredibly poor customer service!

They walked us through the purchase, delivery and set up instructions with great detail. They sent us upfront and a detailed quote before ever spending a dime. When it came time to receive our spa they coordinated directly with our contractor for easy delivery. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for unique and high end spas, this is your best option in my opinion. I will note that while located in Canada they do deliver to the USA without a problem. You will have to pay the import duty tax which they lay out in the cost. If purchasing in the US, they only accept a cash transfer from your bank. If you haven't done that before it can be a stressful process. Again, Immerspa makes it easy.

I have mixed reviews for this product. they do not provide enough information for clients to know…read moreexactly what they are getting and how it works. The main disappointment was the box where the machinery sits: very heavy and inoperable piece that caused an injury to the hand in a friend handling it. Also covers do not always adapt to the size/shape of every spa; they glued the clips to the stone to use with the ties; the glue is yellow and it looks like puke right on top of the stone. They do not inform well how to control the remote settings, and have low skilled subcontractors installing their spas. I would not order again. You are on your own resolving many issues around it.
