As with all large projects, things went wrong during installation - a huge storm wiped out the excavation and had to be redone but Mike and the team were on it and kept things moving nicely. The salt water system makes the pool easy to maintain, which is great since I don't have 3 hours a week to balance chemicals and keep the pool clear. Would use these guys again and recommend them to anyone looking for a turn-key pool solution.

They were excellent at helping select a tile that would complement our kitchen cabinets and our tastes. We had our roof done from Premium Roofing Inc from Kitchener on Aug 1st 2018.I had 5 quotes from…read moreall reputable companies. They all came in around the same price except for one which was way too high. I decided to go with Dave because he was very knowledgeable on how he was going to go about doing the roof, and explained it very well, I needed all new plywood from other quotes and Dave mentioned it will be best to tear the shingles off first to have a look and only replace what needs to be replaced (needed 18 sheets) saved money than doing the whole roof. I even noticed his crew added 2x4's in some spots in the attic for support. They also added more soffit vents in cutting through from the top when they had the plywood off and added more baffles. It was a crew of 4 guys and took two days. I wanted quality and I got it. Even came with a 50 year non pro rated warranty including labour and tear off and disposal (needed to get all Certain Teed Products). Roof looks amazing and everything was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend. Kevin

I had a water leak at the shut off valve to my dishwasher drain hose. Water was leaking underneath…read moremy sink and I had to go to the basement to turn the whole-house water valve closed. But that meant I didnt have access to water anymore. I couldn't make the repair myself because it was pex piping on the other side of the valve, and i didn't have the skill or tools to do it. So, I called Jaytech Plumbing and asked if they could send someone quickly. Within about 25 minutes, Tom showed up at my house from Jaytech and he was super friendly and understanding. He gave me a very affordable quote on the spot, which I agreed to and he got to work right away and fixed my issue quickly. Valve replaced, water operating perfectly again and everything was good. From the time I called Jaytech to the time my issue was fixed, it was about 1 hour. Absolutely Outstanding Performance by Jaytech. I was so happy, it lifted my spirit for the reset of the day. I really recommend these guys at Jaytech. Plumbers are the service providers that you need to have saved to your phone so when an emergency happens, you already know who to call to get it fixed super fast.

Unprofessional and poor quality…read more Flooding damage occurred TWO TIMES (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took THREE TRIES because they kept doing it badly each time until I told them not to come back. A mess was left behind after every attempt at "fixing" what was wrong. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. See the attached image for the "quality" of work that Cory's company does. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not. Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said "I will call you back by the end of the day", 0 times did he actually call me back.
