Instead of numbers on a page, he had a full 3D drawing of our house with different models of sunrooms to make it more affordable and yet still providing the high quality "Canadian Made" product we were wanting! When it came time to receive our spa they coordinated directly with our contractor for easy delivery. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you're looking for unique and high end spas, this is your best option in my opinion. I will note that while located in Canada they do deliver to the USA without a problem. You will have to pay the import duty tax which they lay out in the cost. If purchasing in the US, they only accept a cash transfer from your bank. If you haven't done that before it can be a stressful process. Again, Immerspa makes it easy.

The main disappointment was the box where the machinery sits: very heavy and inoperable piece that caused an injury to the hand in a friend handling it. Also covers do not always adapt to the size/shape of every spa; they glued the clips to the stone to use with the ties; the glue is yellow and it looks like puke right on top of the stone. They do not inform well how to control the remote settings, and have low skilled subcontractors installing their spas. I would not order again. You are on your own resolving many issues around it.

They were previously done in 2001. Larry of Halco attended and gave us the best written quote. It was not the cheapest, but I must say, the best explained. He answered questions and explained what would be done, material to be used and pricing for any new plywood sheets that may need to be replaced. I then saw that they were replacing to roofs on two single family dwellings on a nearby street. I stopped by and watched them work. I was impressed with what they were doing and how they were doing it. When they attended to do ours, they were quick, no loud radio playing and clean-up was excellent. We were both very satisfied with the final finish. We both highly recommend Halco. Remember, not the cheapest, but listen carefully to the quote and explanations of others and I think you'll be impressed. Plus it has a written warranty which is transferable.

We received 4 quotes from different roofers and selected Halco. They were not the lowest quote, but they were not the highest quote either. We chose Halco based on the initial interview, Larry answered all of our questions thoroughly and explained fully what the crew would do. We also had two excellent references. They started on the day they promised and were finished on time, and they did not a have a boom box radio blaring all day as our neighbours did who hired another company. The shingles looked good and are warranted for 50 years. Money was not not required until job was completed. Cleanup was done well, no papers, torn shingles or nails anywhere and no damage to our gardens. We would highly recommend Halco roofing.
