They all came in around the same price except for one which was way too high. I decided to go with Dave because he was very knowledgeable on how he was going to go about doing the roof, and explained it very well, I needed all new plywood from other quotes and Dave mentioned it will be best to tear the shingles off first to have a look and only replace what needs to be replaced (needed 18 sheets) saved money than doing the whole roof. I even noticed his crew added 2x4's in some spots in the attic for support. They also added more soffit vents in cutting through from the top when they had the plywood off and added more baffles. It was a crew of 4 guys and took two days. I wanted quality and I got it. Even came with a 50 year non pro rated warranty including labour and tear off and disposal (needed to get all Certain Teed Products). Roof looks amazing and everything was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend. Kevin
