I needed to hire laborers to move furniture, boxes, the usual, out of my house into a 16' POD and into a 17' UHaul truck. Terron is customer service minded. The same day I contacted him, he responded. We ended up chatting on the phone. We scheduled an appointment for him to have a walk through of my house. He took notes, spent a good deal of time there and made some helpful suggestions. The day before the scheduled move, I was totally overwhelmed, as we all know moving is the worst. I contacted Terron and told him that I thought the move would be a long one and to see if he had scheduled another job after mine and he said he did not, so I was like "Great" because I'll need you all day. He then suggested getting a 3rd man and I said he should. He said he would try. Move day came a few brief hours later and Terron and 2 other men (Roberto and Christopher) showed on time and started right away. What a nice group of guys. Great personalities, fit and muscular, communicated well with each other. Non smokers, so no breaks and no cigarette butts on my property. It was a tough, hot, long day. They got everything in the POD and the UHaul. There are good practices about how to load a POD, in particular and Terron knew how to do it. Also, we needed to be strategic about which items went into the truck vs the POD. The POD was headed to storage, not to be seen for a month and the truck was going to be unloaded the next day into a rented storage unit...unloaded by 2 middle aged women, that is. They did great and the price was reasonable. Helpful hint to the reader: if you can afford it, you can purchase lighter weight moving blankets online or from Harbor Freight. They are yours to keep for future storage, loaning to family and friends or, gawd forbid, moving again. Thanks to Terron, Roberto and Christopher. Would definitely hire again.
