Just amazing! One of the only organic cafes in the entire area. The baked goods are amazing!!

What a disappointment!! Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but the mushroom wrap had barely any mushrooms and was the smallest portion I've ever seen for $11 plus an additional $3 for a gluten free wrap.. $3 for a wrap?? Also not even a washroom for customers can wash hands before eating?? I asked if there was anyway I could wash my hands and the girls didn't even have the decency to come back and say yes or no?!? I will never go back and will advise my friends and family it's not worth the trip. There are much better portioned and friendlier places in Newtown! read more

I didn't know this place existed until a colleague suggested grabbing lunch there (It's easy to miss in the little strip mall). I had a delicious wrap and their carrot cake muffins were fabulous. I look forward to going there again and trying their breakfast sandwiches (they sound amazing). read more

I used to love coming here regardless of the inedible avocado toast. Today was a bust, a white woman cut in front of me and when we said something to her she started being sarcastic and condescending and racist. Instead of the owner saying something she stood there and lectured us to be understanding. Instead of making sure we were ok she stood as a bystander to a racist interaction in her own store read more

Cute cafe with delicious food! My favorite is the carrot cake cupcake. Conveniently located and good parking situation.

Had an AWFUL "breakfast" there. Small and unassuming, it caters to a yoga crowd early in the morning. I don't think they're complaining, since the menu/food has a "healthy" feel, but the ingredients are inedible. I had avocado toast- toast fairly burned, avocado ridiculously underripe and almost inedible. Not worth it. read more

I had to knock my 5 down to 3. The food and service were a 5 however they didn't allow my friend to use the bathroom. She was told it wasn't for public Use. I always thought it was a legal requirement to have bathroom in a restaurant. I would love to go there again but the bathroom situation must get straightened out. read more

Fabulous find for healthy food. Call ahead to place an order. This place is always busy because the food and service is great.

My favorite breakfast and lunch spot. The staff makes you feel welcome and important the moment you come in. Each dish and drink is crafted with love and made from local ingredients. I feel healthy and empowered to try more plant-based meals every time I visit. Highly recommend their vegan burrito with tempeh, iced caramel macchiato with almond milk, and holy frijole black bean burger! Also, if you love art, they feature the work of local artists. read more

This place is such a gem that I almost want to keep it a secret for fear it will get too busy! Delicious coffee, wonderful homemade treats, cozy coffee shop atmosphere, and incredible service. There is something for everybody here. It has a delicious breakfast and lunch menu with lots of healthy options and many indulgent ones. When I was dairy-free, I could count on Terra to have delicious vegan and dairy-free baked goods to satisfy my sweet tooth. Now that I am able to have dairy again, I still go regularly to try all their other goodies. A bonus of this place is that it is owned by a Portuguese owner who makes traditional Portuguese desserts. They have tons of healthy Breakfast and Lunch options to-go. Staff is very friendly and I love the vibe of Terra Cafe. Great friendly service with an intimate cafe feel. The food is SO GOOD. I highly recommend the turkey pesto sandwich. They also have varieties of specialty iced teas each day that are so refreshing and make it exciting to order a new iced tea each time I go. You wouldn't know the goodness behind the door because this place is in a kind of strip mall way up in Easton, CT, but the food...! Made with love, always, with an owner and staff who really care about ingredients and service. Some absolute musts to try: the salmon avocado toast, and the Vegan GF carrot muffin. Not a lot of seating, so time it right! Love them! xxx read more

Awesome! Great coffee, food and service. I had the avocado toast and the "golden latte" which had turmeric in it- so so good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only tiny complaint is seating could be alittle more comfy but for that coffee I'll endure it :) read more

Love Terra! Portuguese owned too :) all the ingredients are fresh and there are a ton of vegan options as well. The desserts are to die for. I wish they had more indoor seating but it is what it is. They take a little long sometimes and are a litttttle skimpy when adding meat to breakfast sandwiches, but will happily add at your request. I come here weekly and I'm never disappointed. read more
