We decided to split an order but our server said this would still be too much for 2 people. We ended up sharing a half order of pork cutlets and it was plenty of food. The pork cutlets were nicely grilled, tender and moist. With the pork cutlets and an order of fries there was more than enough food for the 2 of us. I'm glad the waiter helped us with the ordering. It was a great start to our vacation. We would highly recommend a stop here for a great meal with good service at a reasonable price.

As for the side dishes, the mashed potatoes were truffled. I don't know if that was for panache or just because the spuds were kind of bland. The grilled vegetables were practically swimming in oil- so much so that you had difficulty putting your fork in some as they slipped away. There were no salads listed on the menu and I had to actually ask if there were any to be had. The server say there were and I ordered one that was nice. But I think (as I've seen in some Portuguese eateries) they downplay the salads because they'd rather not deal with them a la lazy. There were many other menu selections to be tried, but I didn't return for a second try. My impression was that they thought more of themselves than maybe they should and it probably applied to other entrees, etc as well.
