There's a $2 upcharge if you want fried rice instead of white rice or brown rice, and turning your order into a combo (side + drink) adds another $3.69 to $5.99, depending on the side you choose. As for the food, the orange chicken was just okay--nothing remarkable. The chicken pieces were noticeably small compared to similar spots we've tried. The spicy teriyaki chicken, on the other hand, was very spicy. I typically enjoy heat, but this was overpowering to the point where all I could taste was spice. It felt more like eating a bowl of hot peppers than a chicken dish. I really wish the staff had given a heads-up about how spicy it was--had I known, I would've gone with the regular teriyaki instead. We have tried this location twice. The first time was opening night, everything was good. I would have rated it 4 out of 5. Tonight we ordered 4 chicken teriyakis, a beef teriyaki and an orange chicken. The beef and orange chicken were good. The problem was the chicken. Two looked like a breast that was cut into long strips and two were cut in cubes or just mangled. The two cubed chickens were burned. One chicken was cut extremely thin and although it looked good it was completely over cooked, it was tougher than jerky. I noticed that one chicken cut into strips was thick, it was ok. There was a few dry ends. I'm assuming they cooked the thick one and thin one the same amount of time causing the thin cut to be inedible. Poor quality control. I had high hopes but I'm not sure we'll come back based on tonight's meals. 3 out of 6 entrees were inedible. read more

My husband and I ordered for the first time from here tonight, and we did carryout. My husband picked it up and said none of the employees were wearing masks when he went in, and we're currently back under a state mandated mask mandate, so not sure what's going on there. We each got the two-protein bowls- my husband got chicken teriyaki and spicy orange chicken with fried rice. I tasted his chicken teriyaki and thought it was pretty good- a real piece of chicken breast, marinated and grilled, then sliced. I got my two-protein bowl with teriyaki steak and orange chicken, with noodles. The noodles seemed like they had been sitting out awhile- pretty dry and flavorless. Only about half of my chicken pieces had orange sauce on them. But the steak was the worst part. I was expecting the steak version of my husband's chicken- a piece of steak, marinated, grilled, sliced. What I got was weird small, almost shredded pieces of beef that were heavily coated in either corn starch or baking soda; there is a cooking technique called "velveting" that chefs use to make lower quality pieces of meat more tender...it wouldn't surprise me if they did this, given that this is a fast food restaurant, and it would be fine if it wasn't so heavily coated. But it was really bad and the pieces of meat were so small that each one was more coating than meat. I would try it again, but would stick to fried rice and the chicken teriyaki. read more

This food is good. BUT if you order through the app, and the third party they use to deliver(mine was door dash) doesn't deliver the food, they will NOT refund your card. They will tell you to come into the location to pick up your refund in cash. I was advised to dispute the transaction with my bank rather than receive a refund from the original merchant. I can't get enough of the salmon bowl and the brown rice was excellent if not perfect. I am a rice eater and the brown rice texture was on point and I have never found any too crunchy spots. They have tofu options with veggies on rice ( white or brown), or noodles. From time I ordered to pickup was less than 15 minutes! At home the food was still piping hot, delicious, and satisfying. Meals are offered in three sizes. Regular was enough for me (hungry man). The tofu was spicy, but just enough. May be too spicy for some. They have combos that include an egg roll, and drink. If I could give 10 stars I would! Very family friendly, best customer service and overall best restaurant experience I've ever had. I have a very active 8 year old special needs son and I'm a single mom. So going anywhere is always a hassle and has to be planned. A couple days ago I called in the morning to ask what their slowest times are, and explained my situation and told the manager that I didn't want my son to disturb other people while they ate because he doesn't sit still very well and has to keep his hands busy. She told me not to worry and to come on by any time. We showed up and we're going to just take our food to go because there was a family eating in. And sure enough my son started taking apart the table and opening cabinets and touching everything as we walked in. He even tried to join the kitchen crew. The manager came up and she had asked my son his name and asked him if he liked to color. She had printed a super hero coloring page for my son before we even got there. She went over to a table with my son and said she needed a super hero like him to help her color it because "only super heros know what colors to use" she sat there and colored with him while I ordered our food and when she noticed he was getting antsy she pulled out some silly toy and showed him that he could switch the colors by turning it inside out. He was content with the coloring and the toy which kept his hands busy enough and she had even went as far as asking us to stay and eat saying that my son was no problem at all. He sat there switching between eating, coloring and playing with the toy that they named pinky not bothering anyone in the store. When I was leaving I had thanked her and told her I have never been to a more accepting restaurant and asked her how she had so much patience with my son. Her response was "I know the struggle, I've been there and have a little girl just like johnny and know how hard it can be, everyone should be treated the same regardless of their situation. You guys are more than welcome here any time I will keep some extra coloring pages for him behind the counter and pinky will always be right there for him to play with" as we left she asked my son if he wanted a sticker for eating all of his food! He still has that sticker and has asked me the last 2 days to go see pinky! I'm not sure if he means the toy or the manager. Again great service and we will be back. Manager disrespectful and unpolite-I ordered pot stickers with my order. When I got home, the pot stickers were not included, so I called looking to get reimbursed for them. Ruby answered the phone and was great! She got the manager who was rude right when he got on the phone. He said things like "Well you just realized this now?" And "Well I know for a fact they gave them to you." My bag only had my chicken order in it. How can he know for a fact? How does he have a manager position?
