The food is great. I've always liked this place. This is where I had Mead for the first time.

    Mixed Grill - WOW!!!

I'm a beer guy and this is one of the best if not the best places in the Philly area to get great unique high end beers that any real beer guy would love. But the fine bar is so much more. They also have awesome mussels and a GREAT burger ... but ... the food is SO much more. For example, tonight I had the recent special - Mixed grill. What's that? Try kangaroo loin, quail and a very tasty sausage in a delicious port wine Demi glacé over mashed potato's ... a yeah ... not a shot and beer joint ... although with the Whisky tasting Thrs menu :-) Go - you will not be disappointed!

Delicious food with good company! Beer and wine selection is top notch. Highly recommend the mussels!

    Awesome beer selection on tap

Teresa's been on my go to list since they first opened. Along with Garrett Hill and The Beer Shop (now closed) where else did you get the quality craft beer tap selection to sample? Their menu - Belgium pub style : mussels, steak frites, sausage platter, cheese and meat board - but also craft pizza and pastas and unique apps like duck wings. When the pandemic hit- I terribly missed this place and finally I made time to have lunch with my husband and sample some great beer and yummy lunch. Beer selection- ipa , German winter, kriek, tradition Belgium ales, sours. All selected appropriately for the season and paired with the menu. I want to try them all! I ordered 2 small (4 oz) - some beers had different size pours. I like that so you can try them. Wine and whiskey lists are also top notch I hear from my wine and whiskey fan friends. I normally get the drunken mussels ( you can pick a section of mussel styles) but ordered the prime burger. It was perfectly cooked( probably French styled with butter added) and was delish. Came with a side salad on a brioche bun. My husband ordered the chicken kabob and he said it was tasty, clean ingredients but no authentic like going to a middle eastern place but a good alternative to not eating some of the higher fat food choices. I wish I had room to have desert - cannolis! I will be back. Summary- the best #1 in my opinion gastro pub food and beer without heading into the city.

Great menu, eclectic, well made food. Especially love the chicken wings and the mozzarella bites, as well as the ham and Gruyère sandwich

On the surface, that sounds OK, but all the people who didn't pay their insane prices for food and drinks ended up standing in front of us blocking our view of the show that we essentially paid a premium to see. Seriously, save your money. If you really want to see a show here, go for the show only.

What a cool place, and area overall!…read more We came for the band - BIG SANDY AND HIS FLY RITE BOYS - but ate there as well. I loved the chill (mainly) black decor and space! The food itself .... I ordered a catfish po boy and subbed the fries for a side salad. The side salad was plain, yet very good. The sandwich was interesting ... not on a long roll (but a burger bun) and only a small piece of catfish was present. It had some tasty "mystery" ingredients. It was kind of good, just not what I expected. (I was still hungry afterward too) ... The band - BIG SANDY AND THE FLY RITE BOYS - were phenomenal! Incredibly smooth voice and such talented musicians!!! Great (professional) sound and "Sandy" was super interactive and damned funny, plus nice too! The opening band were very good as well! (Forget the name!!!) Every single band member of both bands were dressed impeccably and looked amazing. What a pleasure to be vibing with these crazy talented men / bands! My honey is friends with one of the guitar players in BIG SANDY and I loved meeting and talking with him (Ashley)! He made his guitar alive - it sounded insane! Id love to come back for them again in the future or to see another band and to explore this adorable area (lots of quaint shops). Bring a sweater and don't go too hungry!

An easy choice for a laid back afternoon in King of Prussia. We stopped into Workhorse Brewing Company for a Saturday lunch and walked away genuinely impressed. The space itself is massive and well laid out, making it ideal for groups while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. Even better, it is kid friendly, which makes it a great option when you want a brewery vibe without excluding the whole family. The drink program really shines here. The beer lineup was solid across the board, with styles for just about everyone. What surprised us most was the cocktail menu. They were running seasonal Christmas renditions, including an Old Fashioned that was festive without being gimmicky and genuinely excellent. It is refreshing to find a brewery that takes cocktails seriously. Food came out quickly and was better than expected. Everything we tried was tasty, but their take on the traditional Philly cheesesteak stood out and is absolutely worth ordering. Though a slight miss for the buffalo chicken cheeseteak, as it was dry and under seasoned. Overall, Workhorse is a great place to spend an afternoon. Whether you are meeting friends, bringing a group or even showing up with kids in tow, it delivers on drinks, food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

They are making pretzels hot and fresh right before your eyes as you walk in!…read more They have a cheese corner with the items made in Lancaster Amish country, Pennsylvania ! I was on the hunt for something called cheese for a gift. I was able to put in an order and come back the next day and pick it up. I wonderful to have such great service and such wonderful, delicious food items. I also picked up a chunk of goat cheese with cranberries and cinnamon... Because we're expecting a snowstorm and I wanted to have a nice cheese plate. Let me tell you that cheese was absolutely delicious so flavorful and wonderful wonderful . There was a Tea booth, and I picked up some Bengal tea which is my favorite . Wonderful service. Another delightful surprise was a Greek stand that had delicious sandwiches made with falafel and baba ghanoush . I got a baba ghanoush sandwich. I also bought some. Za'atar Man'oushe bread. What a thrill how flavorful and so exceedingly delicious. I am so happy with that purchase and I wish I lived just a little bit closer to the store so I can pick up this bread at least once a week !! Soumaya and sons bakery . I am a fan. I can't wait to come back.

Such a great place to shop!…read more When you think farmer's market...normally you think outdoors...but this was inside. Apparently, this is a common type of shopping venue here...and it's fantastic! There were many rows of vendors here, and all were pleasant! The first thing that really hit me (walking down every aisle), was the variety of vendors. Yes, there was some overlap, but overall, it was a very wide selection of food and merchandise....my wife even bought a purse here! The second thing I noticed was the high quality meat and produce. If I lived close by, this is where I would shop. You could tell the people that worked here took pride in their food, and there was a visible difference in how their customers reacted, trusted, and relied on the vendors for recommendations. We were able to sample a bunch of items, thankfully....and everything was good...but of all the items we tried here, the pretzel dog and draft Appalachian root beer was the best! So fun to visit...will be back for sure!
