We chose Dan & his guys over the other companies not just for cost reasons; it mainly had to do with how Dan approached our bad situation: with confidence, clarity & a clear resolution. While it took some time to get to a final resolution, the staff was persistent, honest, and professional. In summary, the experience was good and communication was excellent. I can't directly compare the service to sending back directly to Lenovo (they might have automatically known about the BIOS problem), but when you use someone local, you get a name and face to deal with directly.
