Not a review of their iPhone product, but rather the company itself. My expereince seems similar to others here who feel scammed. On March 31 I ordered and paid $14.95 via PayPal for their disk partitioning software. Was a bit concerned when I got an immediate alert from my credit card about the charge, made from outside the USA from an unknown country. But this was a valid charge. Five days later I get three more emails: from Pay Pal, my credit card and Tenorshare. This time a charge was made on my card for $26.95. Looking at the invoice, it was for a "renewal" of some kind of "duplicate file deletion" software. I had never ordered or even look at such software. The advertising is fraudulent. They cannot recover deleted data from your phone. Practically nothing can on modern phones without rooting your phone. They advertise that they can do so without rooting. They also advise a money-back guarantee. They will not do so. They will string you along in emails. My experience with Tenorshare's ReiBoot was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I downloaded the trial version of ReiBoot and following the onscreen instructions, put my phone into Recovery Mode. I then went to take it out of recovery mode and soon discovered that feature not supported in the Trial version. My phone was now completely unusable, and I was then forced to pay for the full version just to try to undo the damage the trial had caused. After paying the $50 monthly fee, the software still didn't work. I followed all instructions carefully, documented everything, and contacted their support team multiple times with clear evidence that the problem was with the software--not my device. Despite this, Tenorshare refused to issue a refund. Their support responses were slow, generic, and failed to address anything I actually explained. They told me it was a hardware fault and so therefore according to their T&Cs (which did NOT mention this) they didn't have to refund me. Out of frustration, I took my iPhone to Apple, and they resolved the issue instantly, confirming there was nothing wrong with my phone itself--just the effects of faulty third-party software. Knowing this, Tenorshare offered me a measly 15% refund. Tenorshare's ReiBoot not only failed to help but actively made things worse. Their refund policy is essentially nonexistent, and their support team is unhelpful at best. I strongly recommend avoiding Tenorshare and ReiBoot entirely. I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Tenorshare, and I'm warning others: stay far away from their products. 1. ReiBoot Pro is a trap. I installed the free version of their software to exit Recovery Mode on my phone. Instead, the software locked my device, and the only way to unlock it was to pay for the Pro version. This forced upsell was not clearly disclosed and felt like extortion. 2. 4uKey - unauthorized charge. Sometime later, I noticed that €37 had been withdrawn from my account for a subscription to a completely different product (4uKey) -- which I never used, never subscribed to, and never authorized. I had no interaction with this product at all. 3. Customer support is useless. I contacted their support team, explained the situation in detail, and provided all necessary evidence. The back-and-forth dragged on for several days, but instead of issuing a refund, they offered to exchange the software for some other product. I don't want another product -- I want my money back. They refused. 4. I opened a dispute with my bank. Since Tenorshare refused to cooperate, I filed a chargeback request through Swedbank, including full documentation and correspondence. They offer a free trial and no matter which "free trial" software you choose from them does absolutely nothing for you except to get you to buy their product. When you try to close the page, they try and discount it. Once you are finally in their "riskware" you will have viruses on your computer, and the product doesn't work at all.
