I was there for quite some time and never saw anyone. It is a small shop, so I figured they were doing other things. The items are limited (no kamen rider or super sentai items). It had plenty of model kits, and the tools actually have notes made by the store to show what the item is good for. Overall, it's a nice small store. It definitely not much compared to their bigger store. If you want model kits and small anime figures, this store has it.

They have loads of gundams which albeit aren't my thing, but they also have loads of cute plushies to which I bought Kero/Keroberos from Card Captor Sakura. Pretty decently priced. Some stuff is more expensive, some stuff is par for the course and some stuff is cheap compared to other places. Just depends on what you're looking for. I will say I'm a fan of the Zoids models they have. I do hope they get some Pokémon models in stock as well as digimon models since I tend to love building those but given this a new sister branch from Toys Logic, I'll give it some time for them to stock things. But I'd definitely suggest stocking other models aside from Gundam. My boyfriend loves gundam models so it works out for him and his friends. This place is also good for miscellaneous Pokémon plushies and cups/t-shirts as well as model kit tools and paint.

On some weekends, they offer fun/free arts & crafts activities for kids - keep an eye out for the store flyer or texts/emails for these events. They always have sample toy sets out for kids to play with or try out before buying - perfect to keep their little hands busy while parents/teachers shop! But the general stuff sold here were all fair enough for a physical store. The service here, I actually didn't really interact with them much. While I was walking around the store I did hear customers converse with the staff and it seemed friendly enough, so I assume it's fine. They seemed eager to help when people walked up to the counter-adjacent areas, so there's that. The kids area was quiet with just a few parents/grandparents reading to their kids, young adult section had a few making selections and the front upper section of the store were sporadic visitors selecting books of their choice. The place was clean and the young lady greeted us upon entrance. Definite plus since the last time. As always, there's a sale and specials, we purchased more books again!
