Update: My phone somehow got water under the screen months later. I didn't drop my phone in water but the condensation from my drink that was transferred from my hand to the phone seemed to seep through causing "water damage." When I came to tell them about my problem... They accused me of dropping my phone into water and told me they'd fix it for another $120. FISHY right? I believe their screen that they replaced it with didn't actually fit my phone causing the small bit of condensation to seep through. This store is really just in it for the money. My iPhone 6 screen cracked. I called in and I was quoted $115. When I came in they then said it was $120. (Strange) Nonetheless, they replaced my phone within 30 mins. Took about 2 and a half hours for my Iphone 6s and my dads note 3. Thats not bad for two phones I guess. As soon as we walked back in she was done. The coupons online work. She gave me a discount on the glass screen protector because the free one online was bot glass. I guess that is alright since i brought in two phones. Update: Phone has been acting wacky. These guys are worth the extra trip I had to made. I needed to unlock my Sprint samsung galaxy s7 for European carrier. What we all know Sprint is pain to unlock. Any other place gave me headache or unreasonably high price. These guys were fast to respond and had great price for the service provided for me. I went there Saturday and they needed phone for 24 hours, what was fine w me cuz I needed it by Sunday night. listen i rarely bother leaving yelp reviews so yall know this is about to get legit. i came in yesterday bc my nexus 6p has been experiencing the bootloop problem, an issue which neither google nor huawei refused to take responsibility for. livid, i spent nearly a week trying quick fixes and visiting other repair shops, and after being told that there was nothing that could be done every time, i was very convinced that it was the end for my $500 brick. i rlly was about to give up until i happened across this business on yelp. besides the rave reviews and the $10 for $20 yelp deal, they were able to offer me a speedy response as advertised. they told me to bring it in so they could have a look and give me a quote, and, well, yall know the rest. they did end up keeping my phone overnight since i came in at near closing time (8pm), and were in contact w me the following day before they went ahead w the necessary repairs. they were hella transparent, and in 24 hrs they were able to do what two other shops and any youtube tutorial could not teach me. granted, they just replaced the motherboard, but the fact that they were able to diagnose it to the t is so impressive?? at the time of writing, my phone is still doing well. their friendly and efficient service deserved every dollar of the $75 that they charged me. if i have any future problems i will def be going back. thanks again for everything u guys !! read more

I've used my iPhone 4S so carefully that I outlived my friends phones and its own phone generation. Anywhere I go I see people with new iPhones. Anyway, I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. Yelp helped me to find some places to fix the screen. I called a few places which were out of stock on iPhone 4S screen replacements and luckily these guys were not. Bottomline: it cost me $45 (usually $55 but if you purchase Yelp's deal $20 for $10 you can save 10 bucks) to replace the screen. I'm happy camper and suggest you to stop by at this shop if you need a quick inexpensive solution to your gadget problem. And yes I think it was a wakeup call - its time to upgrade iPhone 4 to something more up to date. read more

Still my go to repair shop for all things iphone 6 or greater and laptops. Though i did go recently to have my iphone se fixed and wasnt happy with the clarity of the screen. It was very dim. So I asked them if it really was a iphone se original not after market product because id pay to get the original, i dont care, but they confirmed that it definitely was so i left because i trust them. But as days went by i noticed the screen lighting just isnt the same. I tend to use my phone in the dark and even in the night the blue light was just not to what im used to. I dont think it was tenda tech per se, but im not sure if the product that was sold to them really was the original and so because of that. I dont recommend having your iphone se/5 or lower replaced by them. But they do a great job with everything else, and i think its because the demand for those larger screens leads to more inventory.. sucks being an se owner :( read more
