After these shade tree mechanics did their inspection, the said that it was 100% a transmission failure. And that to replace would be $4500 in parts and labor. He was nice enough to let me leave it and he got to it within a couple of hours. He showed me that the back brake pads needed to be replaced instead of just telling me.
