I pulled into the garage and someone wrote up the ticket and bought me inside to go over the service, which for me this time was just renew my inspection sticker. I'd definitely consider here again if I have issues with my Subaru.

The problem is that I didn't check the dipstick after the Dealer changed the oil. After 2 months of driving, I checked the dipstick oil is way over the min and max part (overfill your engine oil). Do you trust a Dealer Service did a poor job for simple routine - oil change? Will you go there again. I didn't go back to correct the problem because I didn't trust the dealer anymore. I rather pay out someone locally to fix the problem (removed a full quart of oil from the drain plug). Overfill engine oil will ruin your engine!

Whether it's inspections, brakes, belts or other routine maintenance, Donald and the guys get it done for a reasonable price. They've even done some body work and it looks pretty good. Very professional to deal with and the work is completed in good time. They even open on Saturdays, so if you drop off the car on Friday evening, it'll be ready on Saturday morning.

When I arrived, I greeted her and asked to be directed to my appointment with David. Instead of acknowledging me, she ignored my question, looked down at her phone while giggling, and started burying her face into the computer which was odd and then turned her attention to my mother, whom she appeared to assume was another customer. I had to repeat myself and explain that the woman standing next to me was my mother, who only speaks Korean, and that we simply needed directions to my salesperson. Rather than her responding professionally, I was shown how a person can be so incompetent at her job. I also discovered what I believe was a social media post about me, which I found shocking and completely inappropriate. No customer should be made to feel belittled or insulted when visiting a dealership. As the first point of contact, a receptionist should treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism. This experience left a very negative impression and made me question whether I would return to or recommend this dealership. I would have given this experience zero stars, but because of David's kindness, patience, and professionalism, I am leaving one star. The management here should do a better review on who they hire, this Chinese woman learned her manners at a sanitation department. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates what occurred, addresses the employee's conduct, and ensures that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Service Tec spilled engine oil all over engine compartment never cleaned up the mess, returned 3 times before it was properly cleaned. Returned June 2025 for another oil and filter change but before leaving inspected under hood and again found oil all over engine cover and had them clean oil spill. Extremely Sloppy Workers cant trust these people to be competent in their work . These people could not perform a simple oil change I can only imagine how bad they could screw up Major Work on your car. Also noticed I was never sent a Survey after each visit.
