A coworker recommended this place to me and I'm so thankful that they did. When I first called, they quoted me $110+tax for my whole service including labor. I knew my brake pads and rotors were on their way out but he called me telling me that they were more far gone than I should've ever let them go. He replaced all my brakes and rotors at the same time and saved. me. a. fortune. They're Benz certified, so they had all the parts for my car on hand already unlike some other dealers that needed me to call ahead so they could order my filters & brakes. When I drove off, it was like driving a brand new car. Be sure to use cash to pay for the service, though. There is a fee to use card and the fee would've added a little over a hundred to my total.

After coming here, I will never take my car to anyone else but Udo. Not only does his shop do immaculate work, know exactly what they are doing, and won't blow smoke up you know where, but he will try to charge you the least he possibly can. I even pay less for oil changes with him than I would if I went to a cheap quick lube place, and he uses only Agip oil. Heck, he's even helping me get a new set of tires at least possible price, knowing which ones are exactly what I need without paying a ridiculous amount of cash. It's family run, and his ethics and skill are matched only by his character.

The process was I made a reservation in-person (although phone would have worked too), and they were able to squeeze me in a few days later. I politely told her no thank you I'm going to take my car elsewhere and she said oh you can't do that they already drained your oil. She ran into the bay and came back out to say that this time they'll do a one time only for $49.99. I waited until my car was done and my bill was paid to tell her she'll never see me again. These guys, SAMI and JOHN, are scammers. They are running scams selling garbage cars and causing…read morenew damage to vehicles that come in for repairs. They reset the computers on their used cars so that none of the sensor lights come on right away, hiding the NUMEROUS defects their cars have. Then, when you buy the car and it lights up like a Christmas tree two days later, they offer to fix the damage at exorbitant prices. They also pretend that they are selling cars for "customers" so that they can avoid taking accountability when you find out you bought a lemon. They have been doing this day in and day out for YEARS. Also, they CREATE oil leaks and other problems on routine inspections and service, then upcharge the customer to fix the problem they themselves created. JOHN and SAMI sold me a lemon pretending it was a customer's car. I was able to georoute and geotrack the accounts of the "seller" and they are ALL linked to the shop or John and Sami personally. Between that and tower triangulation, I was able to prove that John and Sami were the sellers the whole time, trying to avoid selling under a dealer license. They have been reported to the authorities with substantial evidence turned over against them. A Federal investigation is underway. I do not expect this place to be open much longer. Imprisonment seems justified.
