These guys, SAMI and JOHN, are scammers. They are running scams selling garbage cars and causing…read morenew damage to vehicles that come in for repairs. They reset the computers on their used cars so that none of the sensor lights come on right away, hiding the NUMEROUS defects their cars have. Then, when you buy the car and it lights up like a Christmas tree two days later, they offer to fix the damage at exorbitant prices. They also pretend that they are selling cars for "customers" so that they can avoid taking accountability when you find out you bought a lemon. They have been doing this day in and day out for YEARS. Also, they CREATE oil leaks and other problems on routine inspections and service, then upcharge the customer to fix the problem they themselves created. JOHN and SAMI sold me a lemon pretending it was a customer's car. I was able to georoute and geotrack the accounts of the "seller" and they are ALL linked to the shop or John and Sami personally. Between that and tower triangulation, I was able to prove that John and Sami were the sellers the whole time, trying to avoid selling under a dealer license. They have been reported to the authorities with substantial evidence turned over against them. A Federal investigation is underway. I do not expect this place to be open much longer. Imprisonment seems justified.

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. To anyone reading this, trust me...you need not shop around. MPAB will exceed your expectations as well. BRAVO!!!! to the MPAB team!!! Beware Ladies, you're gonna get hosed!…read more These schiesters gave a verbal estimate of $400 to fix a brake line. We then asked to check other lines as well. They said replacing all 4 would be costly. 8 days later, they just received parts at noon and were just putting it on lift. Car was ready less than 5 hours later at 4:45. No hourly labor charge on invoice or time spent, just $450. Showed up with $400 and told total was $849! No calls or authorization to double the bill! Work order is very sketchy with schematics showing 1 hose ordered and a line item of repairing a line for $46. No parts returned, just red marks on 2 pics of the same schematic showing 1 part for 1 wheel. Several family's have used these crooks and will never again.
