He tells me that he no longer excepts jobs on engines as they are not profitable enough.... wow!! So then I ask him for a reference and he tell me to go to the local dealership (Better known as Stealerships) Avoid this guy!!! If you want to pay more for an oil change, have your wiper changed, or any other small job you can do in your driveway might be ok - any major repairs he will tell you he is rejecting the job. He needs to retire and let a real mechanic take over the space that will in fact "FIX EVERYTHING" as he states all over his websites Now his reply is full of lies - probably needs a fact checker on his radio program as well. Lie #1 - I didn't drive with no oil and never told you that, I specifically gave you the details that it happened first thing in the morning in my driveway. It shows your character or should I say lack there of that your hanging your hat on this when in fact it was all about you "not making money on engine repair" Lie #2 - you didn't say the word "machine shop" the entire time I was there., simply that you "don't do engine work" and I should go to the dealership. As I said this goes against your web site saying "We fix everything but a broken heart" - clearly false advertising, very cute but not really what you said in person is it? PS - You should really retire as I received estimates and commitments from 3 other shops‍ I spoke with, most who knew right off what the issue was and the job before them. Not one had the comment of and I'm quoting you "I just don't make money on engine repairs" I hope any potential clients understand your living on past experience and they need an up to date shop that isn't turning away work because "its the engine" ‍

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment.
