Loved coming here. If you don't want to go all the way into the city, I would come here! Service was excellent and when we first came to visit many years ago it was for their dollar oysters . But they make their desserts in house and you can't go wrong with what you order here! Everything was delicious

Butternut sage risotto w burratta

Stopped by for dinner 2 days ago while in Waltham area. restaurant on a busy street. Parking is a lil hard to find if it's on a Saturday. But we found parking a block away next to a school. Nice restaurant w friendly welcoming staff. We ordered the sourdough loaf w honey butter, bang bang shrimp, fried Brussels sprouts and the autumn harvest salad. Generous portions. Sourdough bread was so good w the honey butter. The salad is a big portion n Sharable. Brussels sprouts was so good w blue cheese crumble n bacon. Any ban shrimp was ok. Thought it would be mixed w seasonings but came w a dipping sauce. For entrees we ordered the short ribs, pan seared sockeye salmon, shrimp stuffed sea bass and butternut squash risotto w buratta . They all tasted good n generous portions. We topped it off and shared the warm apple crisp and the tres leches cake. Yummy . Tx u for a great dinner.

Good service. Decent cocktails. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Tacos and salmon was good. Steak egg rolls was too much like old roast and not steak, not good. Would go again.

Delicious!! Fun atmosphere with lots of great decor, and service was great. Food was tasty as was desert. Good selection of drinks as well.

Tried several dishes from Tempo as a family. Got 3 medium rare pork chops but they were not consistent. One of the pork chops happened to be slightly more raw and had a little too much red. Asked to cook it slightly more but it seemed as if the kitchen simply microwaved it. I could tell because the plate which it was on was hot, a telltale sign of a microwave. The pork chop turned out to be dry and stringy. Thankfully our server let us replace that pork chop with another item. Otherwise, the other 2 pork chops were nice and tender. Got 2 different fish dishes, both of which were made really nicely. Bell peppers were nicely made, very tender and without that strong grassy butter taste when done improperly. Fish was fresh. The restaurant was a little bit too loud but the decor was great. Overall, a nice restaurant to eat at except for that one inconsistency.

This is the back room-they have a bar and a huge stage trivia and comedy and other offerings check it out! the stage is really impressive!

The service was good, and the menu has good variety. I had the grilled shrimp and avocado bowl--it was delicious. I had leftover rice and beans so took those home to enjoy later. I would love to come here on a football Sunday during the season, or to eat and watch another sporting event--plenty of screens around and big central/circular bar which I love in a sports bar.

Jake n JOES was perfect to host this at because it is a New England sports bar with plenty of TVs, a perfect game day menu, and a lively atmosphere to enjoy a game with sports decor surrounding. I'm glad they had this Celtics collab. The event was fun, they had free merch at a table handed out by Celtics cheerleaders and Lucky the Leprechaun. We got there towards the end but scored some merch. We did wait for a table since it was a full house for this, but luckily we scored one with a TV in view. My friends and I got dinner, opted out of drinks this round. I got the chicken quesadilla with a side of spanish rice. The quesadilla was pretty good, but the rice was a little undercooked. They also charged extra for a side of sauce which has never happened before so that was a bummer. I wouldn't have got one if I'd known. Oh well. We then split the cookie sundae which was yummy. Cookie was undercooked and a little raw but it was okay. Still tasted okay, food is always good but nothing to write home about. I like it though. The atmosphere and the shared energy of Boston sports fans being able to come together and enjoy a game makes up for the food being above average. I'll still come back and enjoy a game here.

It was built in the 1920s, and the character still oozes from the building. They've made some renovations, but have kept it mostly original which I appreciate. The actual chairs are still everywhere expect for the orchestra seating, and they are sooo comfy. Trivia question: The seats have a wire rack underneath, what was it used for back in the day? Shout out to one of the ushers for this fun question. (I won't spoil the answer). Now, because it is historic, there are some things it doesn't have. One being no screens like at most concert venues. This wasn't too big a deal since the hall is not huge, but something to point out. Also can't bring food or drink inside the space to protect its historic value, which didn't bother me to be honest. This hall is also nice because due to the size, there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The side balconies aren't head on with the stage but it didn't seem to be an issue. I sat in the loge and for being furthest away, I had a clear view. They also had a cash bar in the foyer with drinks and snacks. I liked this venue because it was a quaint space, and it felt like I was going to a live theater, rather than a huge concert. It's classy and makes for a fun night out. I would love to come back and see the Lexington Symphony play here.

My instructor, Imi, has patiently worked with me in how to use my body efficiently and to its maximum in the moment. I have learned how to waltz, tango, foxtrot, vienesse waltz, Argentine tango and many night club social dances. I have tried other studios to see where I would learn the most and grow, and hands down I found SuperShag to offer the most for me. SuperShag has the best instructors around - I would even say in the country. They consistently rank as one of the top 3 studios in the US at competitions - winning many local and regional events as Top Studio. This is because they focus on what they do best - teaching students how to dance. The instructors work tirelessly to find ways to work at each individual's level in regard to their goals to dance their own bodies. SuperShag is one of the few studios that faithfully offers a Friday night social dance - with fun upbeat music and lots of personal attention from the teachers. This is the place to be for practice, practice, practice. And to have lots of fun and sweat! I recommend SuperShag Dance Studios to anyone interested in truly learning how to ballroom dance. They really are fried to perfection. Frituras de Maiz: (10/10): Wow, these fritters are also amazing. They come with such a rich sauce. The fritters are exploding with flavor. Cazuela de Coliflor Asada (9/10): Insanely good dish. The cauliflower has perfect texture, complemented by the pistachios. The sauce is SO good. The cauliflower soaks it up so well. Chicharrones (9/10): Melt in your mouth pork belly. The pork skin crust was perfect. The sauces really make most of the dishes here. This dish is no different - I loved the sauce. Ropa Vieja (9/10): Perfectly slow cooked meat. One thing that really stood out to me was actually the white rice. The rice was VERY high quality, and I appreciated it so much. It's rare to come by rice this good. It had the perfect texture, chew, and fragrance. Ropa Vieja de Hongos (9/10): Pretty much the same as Ropa Vieja above. The mushrooms are delicious, and the dish is just as good whether your order the mushroom or steak version. Empanada del Carne (9/10): Oh man, the crusts are so good. This is pretty on par with the ones I just had in Puerto Rico. Chuletas de Cordero (8/10): The seasoning is heavenly. I was licking the lamb chops clean. Croquetas (8/10): Very solid croquetas. Wouldn't say it's a must-order, but you can't go wrong with them. Costillas a la Guayaba (6/10): The first time I had this it was really nicely marinated, and the rib meat is so tender that it almost falls off the bone. The second time, the meat was dry. Maduros con Tocino (6.5/10): This dish was pretty good, but got overshadowed by the other ones. Pulpo (6.5/10): Octopus was tender and savory. The potatoes were too salty. Camarones a la Plancha (6.5/10): Solid dish, but I enjoyed some other ones even more. Ensalada de Aguacate y Pina (6/10): The salad was a bit too sour, and that sourness overpowered the dish. It was a great blend of ingredients, though. *** and one dessert *** Churros con Chocolate (8.5/10): Big crunchy fluffy churros!! The chocolate sauce is amazing (not really spicy at all). I've actually been to a few of the opening day performances and once in a while, they have a spread in the front hallway where you can get to meet the performers and producers. This takes a very personal memorable experience. There is nothing like speaking to one of the actors right after the show.. parking is plentiful with a huge lot right outside the door. During intermission, they usually have concession set up with small items like ice cream, candy, and drinks. If you're into the theatre and want to see a well practice performance of a play that you like I think you'll be very happy if you came over to the Reagle. We were seated in a high top across from the bar. Our server, Hannah, was pleasant and cordial. My wife ordered the southwestern salad and I ordered a burger with a $2 upgrade to make the tater tots "garlic". Her salad comes and is much smaller than expected for $18. My burger came and I ordered it medium rare and it was well done. I sent it back to be refired to the proper temp and while I waited I ate the tater tots. I expected a $2 upcharge to be at least fresh garlic but it was garlic powder. On top of that, when I finished the tots(before the second burger) there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the basket plus 2 pools that leaked onto the table. The refired burger came back via a food runner, not a manager, and this burger was also not medium rare but I was hungry so I ate it. When we let Hannah know about the out l oil she explained that they regularly are cleaning up oil and not to worry about it. I'll be going to the Muffin House down the road from now on.
