I recently came in and had my car towed in because my wiring in my transmission was chewed by rats, i originally was told it would take 2-5 days for me to get my car back and i couldn't expect to pay anywhere between $300-1000. Eventually i get a call back with my estimate, which ended up being amazing news, they had leftover wires and were able to fix it within the hour for only $220. Not only that but they offered to change my oil for $70. I was very surprised yet extremely satisfied. This place overall had great customer service, I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

I asked Scott for a quote over the phone and provided him with my sons vehicle specifics. He provided me with a good low price but when I asked for him to confirm that he was supplying the correct parts for the vehicle I have he said "NO". I asked what do you mean no and he said it's just a generic quote and prices could increase once I got to his shop. I explained that I am out of state for work and that I really don't want my teenage son driving all over Temecula with a radiator issue and I would prefer to get the correct quote for the parts that fit my sons year/make/model and he said he won't do it. Please quote me for the 22 inch radiator and not the 18 inch..."NO, you have to drive here first in order to get the correct quote. I won't give you the correct quote over the phone even if I have the correct information." It was obvious that he was just trying to get my son to go there, then raise the price once my son was unable to drive it anywhere else with his radiator issue. Very poor way to run a business!!! Just picked up my truck from Scott and his team at Temecula Accurate Auto Care and their name says it all! These guys will provide you with an accurate, expert diagnosis of your vehicle's issues. I like to work on my own vehicles because I enjoy it and I also want to know first hand what's going on. I had a misfire issue on my 2010 5.4L Raptor that left me scratching my head. I diagnosed and repaired what I thought was the issue, but then another misfire popped up that I could not resolve. I gave up and took it to the experts, and Scott and his brother were able to diagnose and fix my issue on the same day! My only regret is not taking it to them in the first place. They are honest, trustworthy, and thorough. What I'm most happy about is that they didn't just throw parts at the issue - they accurately diagnosed it and applied the proper repair (in this case a simple replacement of the injector circuit wiring). Went in to get my wife's car a break job a month or so ago. I believe the owner helped me. Prices were fair, didn't feel at all they were trying to squeeze money out of us. The battery on our back up key fob was nearly dead, the gentlemen asked if we wanted him to replace it, I declined knowing it's our back up, and probably selling this vehicle this coming summer. Soooo I took awhile to post but I've just been busy. This was by far one of the most frustrating situations I had ever dealt with for a car. We were ultimately thinking we only needed to change CAMs but turned out we needed to replace the entire engine. I won't go into all the details but will say I dropped my Dodge Ram off to Scott over the weekend and we encountered issue after issue from the vendor sending the wrong year for one of them to bringing the car back after still encountering the same issue. As a customer I was super frustrated and problem after problem started to lose hope that this issue would ever be fixed. I'm writing the review to say how I don't think any other shop would've given us the attention that Scott and his team gave us. Even despite all the problems. This review is around how they handled themselves even during a difficult job. Scott explained everything to us so we could understand it. Every time Scott said he would call, he called - not one empty promise came from his mouth. Additionally, he made up for the wrongs we experienced and made them RIGHT. At the end of the day we felt like even with all the problems we had with this truck we brought it to the right place. I am happy we found such a trustworthy mechanic and that we have found someone who works so hard for the satisfaction of their customers. Been going to accurate auto for over 10 years. Scott is the best and he makes me feel like family. Chris is one of the smartest mechanics I ever met he thinks of your car almost as a person and he has a special relationship with them which is amazing and their 2 technicians are the nicest. I had my AC go out in my 2018 Silverado. Thought it just needed a recharge, turns out it's a common issue with a faulty condenser. June 2022 This an update to my previous review. Temecula Accurate Auto Care continues to provide excellent service for me and my family. I was going on a 1,000 mile road trip so I had them check the brakes and suspension on my car that has travelled more than 110K miles. They replaced the brakes, but assured me that both tires and suspension were in good condition. The reasonably priced repair allowed me to go on my trip confident in my safety. I did have some problems with the AC during the trip. Scott was able to schedule an inspection as soon as I returned. The diagnosis and repair not only fixed the problem, but prevented a potentially muchore expensive future repair. read more
