I own a 2013 Mercedes and don't put very many miles on per year. My NEED SERVICE notices were coming on and indicating service past due. Eventually my yellow "check engine" light came on while driving. I had an oil change and B service at the Mercedes dealership and felt there should be no reason to do it this soon but didn't want to ruin an engine. The vehicle has low miles under 45K. I dropped it off to be serviced and told the shop my issues. They said "wait a minute, don't leave". They went back to take look at my car. In a short while they came back and said all is OK~! They cleared all the erroneous messages, lights, and idicators and didn't charge me for any huge service fee. I've taken my cars here for a decade for maintenance and repairs. Best place ever. Honest, fair, quick and thorough. Wouldn't go anywhere else. My last visit was for a 25k mile maintenance, they checked everything, did oil change and tire rotation and sent me home because everything else looked great. I've been suckered by dealer coupons before when the dealer "found" several "other" things needing expensive replacement even though they seem to be working fine. After calling around a few places to get a quote and leaving several messages, this was the only place that called me back! I recently came in and had my car towed in because my wiring in my transmission was chewed by rats, i originally was told it would take 2-5 days for me to get my car back and i couldn't expect to pay anywhere between $300-1000. Eventually i get a call back with my estimate, which ended up being amazing news, they had leftover wires and were able to fix it within the hour for only $220.
