This location was *zero* help with a warranty issue. I purchased from them out of country, while on holiday, and they said the only way to honor the warranty was live in their store. No receipt information over the phone or offer to mail the product back to them, with receipt was apparently acceptable. They just kept repeating, " When you come back into the country, if it is within the year, and bring it to the store, we can help you, otherwise there is nothing we can do." Nowhere on the receipt does it stipulate anything of the kind. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give me to them. I spent fifteen minutes on the phone trying to resolve this issue, intimating I was not going to spend $300 to get back to their country just to return a $45 item, and they should stand by their products and sales and honor their warranty within reason. I had the receipt and it is well within 14 days of purchase. I purchased the product at what I thought was a professional business, and had it installed by them to find the installation and product they sold both failed, and instead of apologizing, they are completely ripping me off with nothing outside of a bad review to resolve the issue. (Which it doesn't.) I'd just like to join those voicing that this location of Telus is absolutely unreputable. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. read more
