Where is the 0 star? That's where this horrible company lives. Telcom Systems is probably THE worst company on the planet. And the worst part is I'm stuck with it because its the only one my apartment complex offers. I guess these apartment communities management enjoy those kickbacks from DISH. Too bad it provides such worthless service for their tenants. Guess it's worth all the discomfort the customers suffer with. WE have no options. They do not consider their customers at all. You can't get a service appt after 1pm M-F, no appointments on Saturday. I realize there are folks home during the day but what about your customers who can't miss work to sit at home from 8 to 1 waiting only to say they don't have whats needed to solve your problem so you need to miss another day of work because it can't be fixed today. Never flexible with either morning or afternoon appts. Its all about them working the hours they choose, not what the customer needs. Having to miss work because they only work in the morning is for their convenience and certainly not their problem. Everybody's due date is the same day each month. Never mind people who get paid different times of the month and need different paydays. Don't pay on the 10th or you pay that late fee. Because they don't have a system that can except payments any other day of the month. REALLY? In 2022? Their technology is so far behind but we get to pay and be inconvenient because of it. AND what about the channels that disappear from the channel lineup? Can you believe these folks took ABC a national network off the air due to contract negotiations? Never about the customer. SMH. THen they loop this guy on the missing station asking the customers to call and complain and ask for the channel's return. Laughable I know. We have to work and pay for horrible customer service and product. Telcom is suppose to work with DISH. But don't call DISH for anything because they never heard of you or your equipment. All the DISH logos on the boxes and recorders in the home but they don't have your info. So once again you are stuck with this crap. I've heard and used many internet and satellite providers but this has been the worst experience ever. It makes you want to move out of these communities that force this company on you. I could go on and on with this rant. However, if you want internet that disconnects off and on everyday and cannot decide if it's 2.4G or 5G network and a satellite that drops stations in the middle of the 8pm show you are watching on a targeted station, by all means call TELCOM. Telcom is without a doubt the worst internet service company there is. We are forced to use their services at the apartments I live in and we have yet to have an entire month without outages. Due to financial reasons I missed a payment in September. my services were interrupted and by October 15th I brought my account current paying for both September and October. After doing this, they send me an email at 1am on October 16th saying my account was cancelled on the 13th (never received a notification about this until after I brought my account current) Then they told me that I have to pay 1 month in advance in order for my services to be restored. I think this is ridiculous but I paid it anyway. I check my account and I only have a credit for $35 even though I paid $72. When I inquired about the discrepancy I was told that my payment was used partially for October and then I would have a partial payment due in November.And if you remember I just paid for November in advance, per the rep, I also paid September and October in order to bring the account current. I really do wish this place would be shut down immediately! Terrible business practices and the customer service reps (I use that title loosely ) only read from a script and are very rude! read more

I have had this service for over 8 years and have only had to contact them twice for TV issues. Both times the response was professional and courteous. The customer service representative was helpful and talked me thru fixing the problem via the remote control the first time. The second time after explaining the problem and attempting to correct it by phone it was decided that it would be necessary to send a technician out. The technician was prompt and very courteous and fixed the problem in a very short time. I'm writing a review at this time because I recently called to inquire about changing my phone and internet service to Telcom. I talked to Susie who was very helpful and provided me the cost of the service including when it would be due and included the cost of installation. She was great in anticipating that I would want this information and was very professional. read more

My bill isn't due until August so for you to interrupt my service is bullshit. It is labor Day with family coming to celebrate and now do to a 2 sec power surge we are out of service. This mgmt owns telcom this service should be the best above all and not cause the tenants any anxiety or more depression then the have. This is a over 55 bldg people have disabilities they shouldn't be made to suffer and hv to explain to family why this company is the worst. Time to take outside action.
