It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

The prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly and the turn around time is pretty good. They're experience in what they do. I have talked to a real person who said he didn't have access to the information and he would send a email to someone else to follow up on my order. So far all i have got is ew are really really busy and we will get your items to you as soon as possible, but no time frame. Recent name change from Martin Screen Printing to MSP Design Group. The name change stems from the company being sold off Summer/Fall 2015. The most recent experience my son's swim team. TIDE has a contract with MSP for them to supply all T-Shirts, hoodies, hats etc with team logo's. They set up an online store for ordering that I have yet to use, but have heard it works well. If you need to drive to their office the GPS will lead you to the front door, well sort of. Be prepared for the turn off onto the VB Blvd frontage Rd. There is visitor parking right up by the door. There is also off street parking. The products we have purchased so far have been of good quality. A logo modification was handled upon request in coordination with the team to improve visibility. After multiple washes of T-Shirts they have held up well. The hoodie draw string came out on first wash, then second wash and company was contacted and to date are looking into it. The service has been strong and professional. On both occasions I have dealt with them directly. First time was CSR Diane who met up at the pool for a delivery. Second time was in the office with Diane, office staff and founder of the company. Every one super friendly. I would recommend for your printing embroidery work. MSP has the products and service to help your individual, team, or business needs.
