TLDR; you get what you pay for. If you have demanding network needs and want a well engineered…read moresystem with service to match, I can't recommend Alee and HiTek Telecom enough. I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

After soliciting three bids, we chose to go with Premier Communications. Premier responded to our request for a bid within 20 minutes, and scheduled a technical visit that same day. Every person I spoke with from Premier(Scott the owner, the scheduler and Jeff, the technician,) was knowledgeable, straight- forward, professional and considerate. The scheduler/dispatcher kept us consistently updated with regards to the technician's arrival time. We were especially impressed by our technician Jeff. Jeff was really sympathetic with regards to our need for a quick and reliable fix at an affordable price. Jeff offered us several options and the next day he came back and fixed our problem like a true expert. Premier's estimate was roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of the other estimates we received. Jeff and the rest of the Premier staff did a fantastic job at getting us re-connected within a day and a half. I would recommend Premier Communications to anyone who needs assistance with installation of PBX systems, cabling, and cable repairs.

Worst T-Mobile Experience Ever…read more Promised "$500 off" deal turned to nothing I walked into the store specifically to add a line. * Sales rep enthusiastically told me they were running a promotion: "$500 off any new phone." * One minute later: "Sorry, you don't qualify." No explanation, no fine print shown--just "you don't qualify." 2. **Push toward a cheap prepaid phone** * Frustrated, I agreed to the next-best offer: a Galaxy A16 for \$180. * Went home, tried to download my essential work apps... and the phone couldn't even install them. 3. **Refund denied on "prepaid" phone** * I returned to the store within an hour and asked to return it. * The rep said, "Sorry, it's a prepaid phone--no refunds." * In 15 years I've never heard of a "prepaid phone" policy that voids refunds on an unopened device! 4. **Major price discrepancy** * I later discovered Walmart sells the same Galaxy A16 for \$99. * T-Mobile charged me nearly twice as much, then refused to take it back. Result: I feel scammed. The "promotion" was misleading, the product didn't meet my needs, and the no-refund policy is absurd. After a decade and a half of loyalty, I'm done with T-Mobile.

I try and avoid this store at all costs, due to bad experiences in the past…read more It is very close to my home, I have went out of my way to go to another location many times to avoid going here. I was limited on time, so I gave it another try, big mistake. I was given a phone number and told to contact the insurance company for the claim. Even though it is customary to call with the customer and assist them, Which I questioned. The short portly red head kept repeating " this is how things are going now, all on line". The store was completely empty, btw and I had interrupted her leaning back and talking to her co-worker. I then, said verbatim, " when I get my new phone sent to me can I come in and have assistance to set it up?". She said ," no just do this, do, that, click her, click that, blah, blah. I looked at her overwhelmed and then I was gas lighted again. " Do you know how to Google? It's easy, just look it up. WoW!!!!! And when I called Alphonso with customer service, he was amazing. When we spoke to Phillip, with the insurance carrier, he was amazing! I asked do you usually get calls from the store, calling on behalf of customers for their claims? Oh yes on a regular basis, that is their JOB! And again she must have said it at least three or four times, " that's just how things are going today". I said then what do I pay you guys for? You could have heard crickets! I will get her name, and I will be writing a formal complaint with her entire name. Horrific attitude, lazy doesn't even sum it up, no work ethic. I've had even worse experiences with a past manager there. He was fired and I can see why. They really need to send a secret shopper to follow up on these employees. Never have I had such bad experiences, than with this location. Do better, T-Mobile!

I qualify for the ACP program which Metro Pcs ( as well as Boost, Verizon, At&T, T-Mobile and…read moreCricket also can utilize) which discounts your phone bill by $30 providing your income is low enough that you get food stamps. I have had an easy enough time with my old metro store employees applying that discount to my bill and didn't even realize how good I had it in comparison. The first issue that started this whole shit show in motion happened when I went in on a Sunday afternoon to open a new account using a pixel 4 I'd bought used on Swappa. I was unfortunately helped by Alex, an employee that is so bad at his job that when I came back and the other employees were dealing with the problem on my account they both knew I'd been helped by Alex.... They told me'd screwed up my account without a doubt and that it's just one more issue to add to the list of things Alex does that they have to later try to fix. Side note, my first attempt I went in with my mom and Alex thought it appropriate or good customer service to flirt with her creepily, not cool for me, her son but I am unsure if my mom was also weirded out or ambivalent. She's in her 60s, beautiful and very self assured and doesn't need some chubby 20 something to know it. Back to my first time there,: Alex went through setting up my new metro PCs account while I made my online ACP program account and before putting the sim into the phone he forgot to check it. Turned out I'd gotten a broken phone from Swappa that refused to recognize the sim. Alex reassured me that although he had used my benefit on the account he ended up needing to cancel I would be free to use it again when I came back in with a different phone as long as I have them a few days for my ACP to cancel/refund. So I returned my phone to the dealer online and bought a different one from a used phone store in federal way and went back. This time I got Kathy who was way worse than Alex in that she didn't even try to pretend to give a damn if they kept my business or if they fixed the Alex which is now my word for mistake. I brought my new phone in, we got it all set up only when she tried the ACP discount code it wouldn't work. It had been used and I will not get mg 30 dollar discount no matter what this month and apparently Alex was full of it and just trying to weasel out of telling me. Kathy had me call ACP on her phone and refused to talk to them like the dead eyed business driver away that she is, so I had to try to explain to the ACP rep (super helpful and nice btw) my circumstances and hope he had a solution. His solution was obvious, the employee working for MetroPCS screwed up and therefore if they were actually sorry or want to help they should manually take $30 off my bill until next month when my discount works again. Kathy told my mom and me that if I came back on a weekday she could call their supervisor who doesn't actually work at the store, and he would make this whole mess go away and blah blah blah. So today, almost a week later, I make time to go by metro and to my delight the dream team is working together today. Alex is busy helping a woman pay her bill so I go to Kathy expecting her to at least feign to attempt to help me. Most ppl in customer service are at least going to do something to make you think they are on your side even if they aren't but not Kathy. She looked at me with those dead, doll eyes and said as soon as I stepped into the store "yeah, you're not going to get your money back." She explained that she called their regional guy and he wasn't gonna help. When I asked to speak to him she refused to help or give me his number. When i asked if they were corporate she said no franchise so I asked to speak to or get the owners info and was refused. Basically it boils down to their incompetent actions screwing me out of $30 and getting paid by the ACP program for a discount I did not receive. It's gotta be some type of fraud but this is already more energy or thought than I should waste on those two dim examples of exactly not the type of person fit for working with customers directly and I'm over it. Save money, time and most importantly your energy and go anywhere else for your prepaid. ACP is awesome and I'm grateful that basically every pre paid and a few contract phone services are part of it so I won't be stuck with this shit.
