I would give zero stars if possible which I rarely give negative ratings. My experience with their front desk was terrible and toxic. I called to inquire about what specific treatments were done on a property I just bought from a friend. I had just hung up from a phone conversation with my friend who told me that he did not know what treatment was done on the house but that Arrow would know. When I called, the lady who answered was focused more on the issue of renewal vs creating a new contract than on answering my question about previous specific treatments. When I asked her again about previous treatments, she told me it was "general pest control" that was last done, but could not explain to me what that entailed or what had really been done. She told me she would transfer me to someone else. The new supervisor lady I got on the line began to talk over me every time I began to gently ask the question about what specific previous treatments were done on the house. She kept talking about the importance of setting up a new account and that I was not allowed to renew services that my friend had for the last few years. I did not ask her that question or for that information. She was more focused on money than what I was trying to hire this company to do...which was to deal with a mouse problem. I tried to redirect the conversation and explained to her that I tried to ask the lady earlier about "general pest control" and was wanting to get specifics. Then I was told I would be transferred. The older lady then blatantly mocked me on the phone, spitefully laughed, and told me "You weren't 'TRANSFERRED' to me. I'm sitting right next to her'" (referring to the earlier lady I spoke to). I ignored this behavior and then repeatedly asked about the specific treatments used and she rebuffed each question and refused to answer. Being a pest control company, I wanted to know if services covered mice specifically and what they would do...which I never even got an answer for. It could be as vague as...."we set out mouse traps/ bait"...for example. I did not mind, but I needed to know what services were covered in what I'd eventually be paying good money for. I did not even ask them for a quote because I knew someone needed to look first. This was a general inquiry, which couldn't even be answered by them. She then told me to call my friend to ask about the treatments on the house even though I told her repeatedly that my friend did not know. In their google response to another customer complaint below, they literally stated what treatments were done in the public retort. Yet, they refused to tell me privately over the phone about previous treatments on the property that I own? Companies keep records of what services were done. They even had their computer pulled up to view this information that the first lady had told me about. When it became apparent the supervisor lady was trying her best not to be helpful and mocking me repeatedly on the phone, I hung up. From previous google review of the company, it seems like they used to be a good extermination company but were bought out recently. After experiencing their customer service and how focused they were on the money they'd charge me versus actually trying to help me come up with a treatment plan with exterminating mice...I'd say this is a waste of money. Just like hiring employees for a job, I'd rather hire the person that can tell me what they'd do to perform and meet the goal rather than the person holding out their hand demanding a paycheck before their first day of work! This gives you a glimpse of what you would be dealing with in the future when using them or should any issues arise with their service. She stated my mother would be shipped back home on a certain date and she was not and she did not communicate that with me I had to find out from a family member. They did not allow my stepdad to see my mother although when we met with Jennifer she said we could see her in a couple days if we wanted to. My stepdad called several times for days and they gave him the run around each time he called. We just had a HORRIBLE experience with Butler-Stumpff & Dyer. We used them on a recommendation from someone who actually had never used them. What a mistake. The owner has a bad attitude and is egotistical, they do not do the work on time or as promised, and will stall you and even break conversations up between email, phone and text so you can't form a conversation to prove they ripped you off. I however saved everything and have a HUGE folder of all the conversations and promises and proof of their ripping us off. They made big promises, a low budget, and then came in and ruined all of the prep work I had done. They blew us off and missed deadline after deadline, ignored requests made via their online spreadsheet system, and left our office so bad off, we had to hire someone else to fix it. They recommended outdated products, used cheap shareware to do their "work" and did so poorly. They had to be asked to fix things over and over that they broke. When I asked them to no longer allow one of the employees to work on our office, they just used him anyway and kept that fact away from us. During meetings, the owner was smug and went into "im not listening mode". I actually had to raise my voice at them many times and they just smugly smiled and acted like they didnt care. Their salesman said he was going to take care of things, pretended to care and of course nothing happened except us again being blown off and delayed. In the end, I ended up having to work all day and into the night for months trying to undo the damage they did. We then had to hire a professional forensic IT specialist to see if they had done anything malicious or hidden any backdoors on our fileserver and computers. I then had to hire someone else to fix the very poorly configured firewall (the maker of the firewall themselves!) and then another IT computer to spend months fixing their path of damage. As a result of their absolutely awful service and all the hours I had to put in fixing things, I actually got sick from the stress and was out of work for 4 and a half months. We have more then enough evidence to take legal action but have not due to my bosses not wanting to deal with it. I have all the evidence and if they ever come near me or us or attempt to refute this review I will post every single document backing up my claims here so everyone can see how badly they treated us and me. The ONLY THING they did right was hiring a 3rd party company to do our LAN wiring. Those guys were top notch and did a great job. Computouch however is not. If you search for them online, you find nothing but their website and their LinkedIn, which is troubling to me. No reviews anywhere. Until now, this review is the first and hopefully not the last bad review. I know others of you who have had the same experience are out there, speak up! Its been 2 years now and I am still cleaning up their mess. I had to replace the firewall they got us, the switch, was afraid to use a server they had one of their third party people build for us and had to wipe it, and have 11 PCs and a Fileserver that have had to be completely re-imaged and reconfigured as a result. I also had to do many of the tasks they were supposed to like moving everyone's email and contacts to the new PCs. You would be best served to find another company, unless you like being ripped off and having your IT department and all your computers ravaged by people who should not be in the IT business. Even the people from Sophos (the Firewall company) agreed they left a mess. As did our new Sophos rep. I can highly recommend Technology Solutions, they are the complete opposites of these guys, they know what they are doing and want to help you, not make money off of you. Typically the funerals I go to have 2-3 people from the funeral home to drive the hearse and limo and to move the body in and out of the church. Most of these people are dressed nice but I can't help but notice they do what I would consider the bare minimum when it comes to service. Minimal work on an anouncement, no real participation during the service, etc. Watching Dyer work at Mrs. Tinsley's service was an eye opener. They had a minimum of 6-7 sharply dressed people working the service, being ushers, setting up the reception afterwards, shoot they even had an organist and singer there. The music was superb, the folks working were solemn but warm, and the whole thing ran clockwork smooth. The funeral home presented the family with a very nice plaque testimonial as well. I know the Tinsley's are not folks of means so I am sure they couldn't spend a whole lot but they sure got their money's worth with Dyer and Dyer did very well by them.
