Somewhere within my chef boyardee lurks the Beef Enchilada I ordered. Otherwise, it wasn't bad because places I have been to have 2, but Tekila's had 3 in there. I enjoyed the Margaritas more than the dishes. They are decently big and definitely pack a punch. As for precautions, staff wear masks, limited capacity for indoor dining and outside. There's also hand sanitizer at the entrance. Oh, there's karaoke/live music on certain days as well!

Definitely a hidden gem but based on the videos on the wall it's not child friendly. Based on the live band that was extremely loud I didn't want to stay any longer. Good music though! Now the food, our server was a young and very informative. I wanted a drink and a fajita burrito. Both were satisfied but the margarita was somewhat disappointing the flavor was off. The burrito was a meal for two! Absolutely delicious!!! My wife had a steak special which was "cooked to order", she asked if it could be cooked medium rare and it came out well. She ate it anyway as the band was setting up. The place was empty and even with the music which should bring more people, it stayed empty. My wife enjoyed her drinks and we decided we will be back for a round two just earlier. Oh and get Southern Comfort! That will get me returning since I live down the street.

I cannot even begin to understand how this place is in business. Must be the bar and the live band keeping them afloat! Let's start with the ambiance and friendly staff... ONLY reason I didn't give them a negative star. My mom, sister and I stopped for a quick bite for beginning our night. Nice place, good vibe and playing Ana Gabriel... Menus falling apart but hey We order our drinks, I am a carribean woman, a Hispanic woman... just and FYI. I order a carribean beer that is on the menu... they don't have it, then the waitress begins to tell me how they don't order it any more! Strike 1- take it off the menu, DUH!!! We order a shot of tequila with salt and lime and a Diet Pepsi. Comes out no lime and guess what kind of soda they give me... A FRIGGIN CAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Pic below for your pleasure. We order some apps, Mind you this is a Mexican restaurant, we order Queso and Flautas... very Mexican. Food comes out... now I am a self proclaimed foodie. I love to eat and experience. Tell me how this ESTABLISHMENT not only has the nerve to serve some TOSTITOS FAKE CHEESE but to pass it off as MEXICAN QUESO!!!! I looked at the waitress and almost fell off my damn chair. I tasted it once again, benefit of the doubt and all, NOPE still friggin TOSTITOS. I'm done at this point. The flautas were aight... not great have had better ones else where... Taco Bell to be exact. We get the bill, this JOKE of a Mexican restaurant has the NERVE to charge $3.00 for a can of Diet Pepsi. Now I'm pissed. At most to make 100% profit, charge $1.50 (BJ Wholesale price for a can $.75) you insult me your patron at charging $3.00 for a can of coke in a mason jar... NEVER AGAIN. Posting on all media account so no one else has to waste their hard earned $$ here. Want good Mexican go to Plaza Azteca, Cafe Azteca or for god sakes TACO BELL!!!!!!! End rant.

The service is great ... the camaron ceviche was amazing, presentation was great. The margarita was VERY strong but then my husband ordered a Fajita maya (shrimp, chicken and steak) the steak tasted old it was about 5 mins from going bad. I ordered tacos carne asada and it wasn't carne asada it was beef chunks and it was so rubbery and hard I gave it back and even the waiter said he tasted it and it was hard to chew. Then he changed it for chicken when we asked for the bill we realized that they charged us for the tacos i did not eat and also that the tip (18%) was already included. Not worth it at all.

    Well... I guess we'll see...

    F. this place. Garbage. The mufungho baskets we're decent. Otherwise I'd have given them zero stars. Grabasstic service and stale chips! I'm out.

Well the food was okay the dish was dry and crispy not flaky. They ran out of soda??? The waitress ran out and got some more from a cross the street gas station!! No joke this is real. When it came to the desserts they ran out of Tres Leche cake which I was really looking forward to it, nope they ran out. But the only thing we really liked was the Churros was so yummy

House chimichanga, beans and rice come on the side. Beans are not very photogenic, but very delicious

We were just driving by and decided to stop in for some lunch.... our little expectations were definitely met and then some! Really awesome cocktails, very friendly and helpful waitstaff and the food was to die for! I got the house chimichanga, my boyfriend had the fajita burrito. When we first looked at the menu we were a but skeptical on the prices, especially for lunch, but then the food came out. Biggest burrito I have ever seen and my chimi will last 2 more meals. We saved room for dessert and ordered the churros which came with 2 dipping sauces, whipped cream and a bunch of cherries. Would recommend to anyone in the area for delicious Mexican, we were told they also do live music Friday-Sunday + karaoke Thursdays.

Street parked and walked in to a nicely decorated spot which blasting Latino music and not very busy. Was seated quickly in on the booths and our drink orders were taken. I went with a simple lemonade and perused the menu. Decided on the Camerones à la Diabla. The chips and salsa were brought while we waited for the meals. Salsa was fresh but the whole stems from the cilantro and the lack of salt just made this not a great salsa. My dish came out pretty quickly and now came the real disappointment. Overall the dish lacked seasoning and I have once again lost my shaker of salt! The shrimp was spicy but it was in a sweet tomato based sauce which just became overwhelmingly one note as you ate it. Rice was nicely cooked but lacked seasoning. Refried beans were kind runny and also lacked any noticeable seasoning. The guacamole was good and fresh and definitely helped with the building spicyness and sweetness from the shrimp. Service was good, though was not offered a refill on my drink. Overall, would not return as there are too many good Mexican food restaurants in the area.

Today the place seemed a bit slow so maybe they didn't have the need to have a fresh batch constantly being made. Regardless they were acceptable and the salsa was good. I ordered the Pescado Azteca. Came out quickly and nice and hot! Kudos for not making the dish swimming in cheese sauce! Just enough to mix with the shrimp and veggies with a little bit to flavor the already seasoned white fish. Fish was a little bit dry, but the fresh veggies and shrimp livened it up. Mexican rice was good, could use a little more seasoning in my opinion but overall a well made rice. Overall a good experience and happy that I was not auto-tipped on the bill. Though that practice has not stopped and I witnessed the table next door deal with that situation. I'm happy to get my fix for Mexican food here and hoping the service remains top notch!

The menu proudly advertised a variety of margaritas, which initially felt promising on a Friday. SOLD! That optimism was short-lived. Parking technically exists, but the lot is so narrow it feels more like a trust exercise. Drive straight or prepare to exchange insurance information. We were seated quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, the booth area we were placed in was very dark--white text on a pink background in low lighting is certainly... a choice. Vision test unlocked. Our waiter? Service was present but forgettable. No name, no personality, no guidance. We weren't informed about the lunch menu until after our food arrived--because it was never mentioned. No recommendations, no upsell, no effort to engage. Prices leaned high, which would've been acceptable if the food had arrived hot. Instead, everything landed in that awkward lukewarm zone as if it had been sitting patiently, waiting for us to lower our expectations. The drinks were... confusing. My friend and I ordered the same margarita. Hers arrived a deep purple sangria-adjacent color. Mine came out pale and peach-toned. Same drink, allegedly. Consistency was not invited to the party. We weren't rushing--this was a rare chance to catch up. We ordered multiple margaritas, an appetizer, and entrées. Despite this, the server made it very clear that our continued presence was inconvenient. This was apparently unacceptable. Our waiter made it very clear he was not into us hanging around. Overall: atmosphere was decent, but the vibe wasn't friendly or particularly welcoming. Between the inconsistent drinks, lukewarm food, and the "please leave" energy, this one missed the mark entirely.

I had to travel up to Massachusetts on Monday and I was quite disappointed with the lack of a New England accent on anyone. We used to be a proper country. In any event, on Monday, I went to Mexica Burrito Grill. I met a man, on the line in front of me who insisted this place was good. I was skeptical because, I don't know this guy and why was he being so friendly? I ignored the warning signs and assumed he may be correct as he too was a husky gentleman. I ordered a burrito bowl with carnitas. I told them to include the rice and beans, because a man needs fuel that sticks to the ribs, along with double carnitas, cheese, and nothing else that sounded like it belonged in a rabbit's lunch. No vegetables, no salsa, no cilantro trying to ruin a perfectly good meal. They delivered. The carnitas were delish, properly seared, and tasted like actual pork that had been treated with respect (salt, heat, and time). The rice and beans did their job, simple, hearty, and not pretending to be anything fancy. No lectures about "fresh ingredients" or where the avocado came from. No one cares, Chad. Just a solid bowl of meat and starch, which is how God intended bowls to be used. I ate it back at the hotel with a black coffee and a pocketknife for portion control. Felt like I could split logs afterward. This is acceptable food. I may return. Highly recommended for men who understand that beef or pork are staples, with enough rice and beans to keep the machine running.
