I left Laurie a message and she returned my call within 2 hours. I described the problem and she gave me the fix over the phone at no charge. Fast forward, my computer crashed again so she made some recommendations and ordered parts. She came to my house bringing a new refurbished computer that was a third of the cost of a new one. She was able to pull the information off of my 14 year old hard drive and move it to the new hard drive. She gave me more of her time than I expected, and made several return trips to my home to bring back my PC and parts, at no extra charge. I've used Laurie many times for both my business and personal computers and she's been amazing every time. I run a small business and when issues come up (servers down, hard drives bad, or just crazy computer stuff , etc. etc.) she fixes it and gets us back and running quickly.
