Even tho she hurt me with the X-rays it's not her fault. Then doctor Sabrina came in and right off the bat has a nasty attitude, not sure what that was about. Tell her my situation and she goes over everything needed in my entire mouth. That's great and all but I'm here for a single toothache so I ask what the plan is, what can be done today to get me out of pain. In short...nothing. Ok so when? A month plus lol What a joke. Left in more pain than i had been dealing with for the past 2 weeks and have to wait another month before getting any relief. Unprofessional, incompetent and down right rude doctor. They are also using my husband as their personal little cash cow. They don't care at all for you. Thats evident right off the bat when on the phone to schedule the appointment. Before ever asking me what's going on or how I'm feeling, the receptionist goes straight to insurance info. She asked for my insurance information before my name FFs. Your only job is to provide a service. A service that the client needs, not a service of your choosing. If I had come in with no specific issue I understand they want X-rays to establish a baseline and get you started as a client. But I wasn't there to chit chat and make the doctor's car payment for the month. I was there for a specific issue that needed immediate attention. She sent me home with an infected tooth that she ignored. Horrible doctor! If I wasn't able to mitigate the infection myself and it had spread doctor Sabrina and I would be in court or worse.

The…read moredentist seems to change frequently, so there's no consistency in providers from one visit to the next. Appointments are often rescheduled, making it difficult to plan or take time off work with confidence. The biggest issue has been billing. Estimated charges rarely match the final cost, and it often feels like a bait-and-switch--services are approved based on one estimate, only to later be told insurance doesn't cover them. We've had the same insurance for years, so inaccurate quotes for things like composite fillings are frustrating and avoidable. This used to be a place we trusted and recommended, but we stopped going some time ago, and after today, my wife has decided she's done as well.

Immature & unprofessional. I cancelled an appointment last minute because I did not want to extract…read morea tooth that didn't need to be yet. I do recognize that giving such short notice to cancel is not ideal. In retaliation, they cancelled my upcoming cleaning appointment without notifying me. So I showed up, hearing whispers between the staff in the back (no one is ever at the desk to greet you). Then Dr. Overholtzer comes out and says I should seek care elsewhere. Fine. But to purposely not notify me of this prior to showing up was just petty. Also the 'consults' were over the top. It's really weird to have your dentist want to do a therapy session with you & not just take care of your teeth.

Dentist, Robert J. Brosi, Oakhurst: 30 Mar 2021…read more My experiences here have been pleasant indeed - from my first visit to my visit today. Everyone... from Summer, the office administrator who calls to remind me of my appointment, to Kris, the office manager who assisted me with my dental insurance. A shout out to Suzanne, the dental hygenist who gave me my first check-up - to Sierra, who assisted the doctor during my procedure. Sierra was gentle and helped me relax during my visits. Dr. Brosi demonstrated good bedside manner and truly care - speaking professionally and helping me understand what I'm going through. All-in-all, I must say I am very impressed with the professionalism and team work here.

But Ryan was able to show me on a scan exactly why I needed the root canal and gave me the confirmation I needed. If you can have a specialist do your root canal over a general dentist, I would highly recommend it -- and Dr. Ryan Franklin & staff are the best! He even let my daughter look through his microscope and took the time to make her feel special. I hope you never need a root canal, but if you do -- go see Dr. Franklin.

Dentist: Ryan J. Franklin, Oakhurst: 2025 Aug 26 (5 of 5)…read more I've always had a fear when visiting the dentist office. I remember the sounds of screeching birds (that was actually sound from a high-pitched whine caused by the drill). I'm glad the dentists I see now do not use those tools. The other thing I detest is that bright overhead lights. I may have watched too many sci-fi movies because those lights look like an alien space ship hovering over my head. However, my fears were dispelled when I saw Dr. Franklin. He was kind and gentle, answered my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. I went to Dr. Franklin for a second opinion. The good doctor allayed my fears of the work prescribed by the other dentist that I saw. He explained in detail the pros and cons of dental work, and the time to get the work done. After a thorough examination, Dr. Franklin said I have a gentle bite. Overall, I've had nothing by superb assistance from this office - from Sierra, at the front desk, to Grace, who took the Digital 3D X-Rays. Source 'google': "3D digital technology at a dentist's office provides enhanced diagnostic capabilities and treatment planning through intraoral scanners that create detailed 3D digital models of a patient's mouth, and Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scans that offer a comprehensive 3D view of teeth, bones, and soft tissues. This advanced technology allows for more precise, less invasive procedures, and the creation of customized dental restorations like crowns and bridges using in-office 3D printing." I fully put my trust in Dr. Franklin and would certainly recommend anyone who is looking to be treated with care and attention. A big 'thank you' to everyone here. Keep up the good work.
