    Best dental hygienist care I have had. Excellent dental work as well. Been going there for about 10 years now and am very happy.

I remember the sounds of screeching birds (that was actually sound from a high-pitched whine caused by the drill). I'm glad the dentists I see now do not use those tools. The other thing I detest is that bright overhead lights. I may have watched too many sci-fi movies because those lights look like an alien space ship hovering over my head. However, my fears were dispelled when I saw Dr. Franklin. He was kind and gentle, answered my questions and spent a good amount of time with me. I went to Dr. Franklin for a second opinion. The good doctor allayed my fears of the work prescribed by the other dentist that I saw. He explained in detail the pros and cons of dental work, and the time to get the work done. After a thorough examination, Dr. Franklin said I have a gentle bite. Overall, I've had nothing by superb assistance from this office - from Sierra, at the front desk, to Grace, who took the Digital 3D X-Rays. I called to make an appointment after being referred by my dentist. Yes, I will be speaking to my dentist about this office. And the person wanted to schedule me for a root canal. Before being seen, evaluated, examined - she wanted to schedule me for a root canal. After explaining I wanted a consultation first to determine what the issue was, she sounded flustered and angry. I made my appointment and was told I would be called the day before to receive out-of-pocket estimates. I called two days before and a different person answered. When I asked for my cost estimate she said they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to provide me an estimate until after speaking to the insurance company which may not be until the day I'm seen. I tried to sound pleasant and asked if she could give me an educated guess and she said $90 to be seen but that doesn't include any images or any other types of tests they might have to do to determine the cause of my tooth sensitivity. After reading the previous reviews, I'm hoping to find another endodontist since I still have the issue with my tooth.

Each time there was an update the price kept increasing and the ladies said it was due to my insurance..... I'll have to call my insurance to see what is going on and to make sure the office didn't mix my coverage with someone else's service... the doctor was straightforward and got down to business. Let me know what he was going to do and what the outcome may be and what the chances that the dental work would be successful or not. But definitely gave me options and what the next plan was if the first plan didn't work out.

Even tho she hurt me with the X-rays it's not her fault. Then doctor Sabrina came in and right off the bat has a nasty attitude, not sure what that was about. Tell her my situation and she goes over everything needed in my entire mouth. That's great and all but I'm here for a single toothache so I ask what the plan is, what can be done today to get me out of pain. In short...nothing. Ok so when? A month plus lol What a joke. Left in more pain than i had been dealing with for the past 2 weeks and have to wait another month before getting any relief. Unprofessional, incompetent and down right rude doctor. They are also using my husband as their personal little cash cow. They don't care at all for you. Thats evident right off the bat when on the phone to schedule the appointment. Before ever asking me what's going on or how I'm feeling, the receptionist goes straight to insurance info. She asked for my insurance information before my name FFs. Your only job is to provide a service. A service that the client needs, not a service of your choosing. If I had come in with no specific issue I understand they want X-rays to establish a baseline and get you started as a client. But I wasn't there to chit chat and make the doctor's car payment for the month. I was there for a specific issue that needed immediate attention. She sent me home with an infected tooth that she ignored. Horrible doctor! If I wasn't able to mitigate the infection myself and it had spread doctor Sabrina and I would be in court or worse.
