I wanted to say how pleased I was with Israel Trujillo's office. Everyone in the office was amazing. Mr. Trujillo and his assistant were the best! I'm very nervous when it comes to having any dental work done, but they made me feel so comfortable. I had to have an oral biopsy of my tongue, and Israel was the greatest! His assistant was so nice, talked me through everything that was going to be done. I never felt so relaxed from the calming music they played for me, to the back massaging chairs you sat in, giving me a sedative to help with my nerves, it was the best. When Dr Trujillo came in to do the procedure, he talked me through every step he was doing to my tongue, from the numbing, to the slicing biopsy piece of my tongue, to making sure I was doing well and if I was in any pain. Superbly run office! Every single staff member looked me in the eyes, smiled and/or greeted me. Review of my medical history was thorough and every pertinent detail was cleared up. I am having a tooth extraction, implant and bone graft next week. Dr Trujillo explained everything, showed me on screen what he would do and answered every question that I had. His pre op paperwork was extensive but easy to understand. The more, I read, more of my questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Trujillo's office and staff are well prepared for this Covid-19 epidemic we find ourselves in. Upon my arrival, I was met by a staff member that took my temp. Everyone was wearing a mask and there was plenty of hand sanitizer in the waiting areas. Some chairs were reversed to maintain distance between patients. Wait time was approximately 2 minutes. Once called back, they had added a vacuum like machine that keeps the air clear of particles that would normally be circulating from the previous patient. I couldn't have been more pleased. Although we are in the midst of covid, my recent appointment was very smooth and professional. My appointment was for an inspection of an implant placed in March, to give me a go ahead, to schedule placement of the cap on the implant. The staff handled everything with safety and care. At the appointed time, they took a quick X-ray, and Dr. Trujillo performed a quick exam and adjustment to the implant, and asked if I was ready for the cap; I was. They quickly arranged an appointment with Dr. Goodin's office for the cap. Very friendly and professional office. The office was very clean and followed protocol on COVID 19. In fact one patient in the waiting room was not happy about wearing a mask. She didn't arrive wearing a mask. The office receptionist gave her mask and asked her to wear it. That's what I liked. They look out for everybody. The doctor is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Today I woke up nervous Today was the day I get my tooth pulled and implant it was nothing like I expected I was given a blanket something to relax me a tv with a relaxing changing picture of a peaceful waterfall and a dental massage chair. WHAT!!! I didn't even know he was done I had to see the tooth to believe it. To top it off he called in the evening to make sure all is well. WHAT!!! I don't think Dr. Ztrujillo and his staff could make you feel any more at ease than they do. The reason you go to see him is most always a stressful one so leaving smiling says a lot their patient care. I feel totally comfortable with what must happen because Doctor is so forthcoming with exactly what he recommends and why it is necessary. But, he doesn't stop there, he allows for questions and offers other paths to solve the issue if what he's said doesn't sit well with you. I was very anxious about the appointment. I'm already programmed to be scared of dental work. Everyone was so nice and reassuring me that I would be fine. I chose to have oral sedation and was given half of a tiny pill. It didn't do much at all but I may have just been a little less anxious. Whatever, I was fine just like everyone said. I got two implanted posts in about an hour or so. I was never in any pain. Even the shots were nearly pain free. Al in all I highly recommend Dr. Trujillo and his staff. read more

Came in for a scheduled cleaning. Very pleased with the professionalism and hygienic techniques being practiced. Entire staff properly masked. Hygienist was gowned. And there was not only a standalone air cleaner in the room there was an additional air cleaner that could be positioned to draw air from the localized working area.
