The visit is for my spouse but I was there with him. Dr. Peter squeezed my spouse in for his emergency appointment. Though the appointment was rushed, we appreciated the limited time he gave us. (4.5 of 5) A crown was needed. Dr. Peter's office is equipped with the latest machines, so we didn't need to go elsewhere or wait too long for the crown. He was thorough in explaining and making sure I was numb before drilling into my teeth. He did well in making sure I was suction. He checked in to make sure I was doing okay often. I was offered and given ibuprofen to ease the pain afterward. One recommendation I would give to them is to make sure the patient is clean before stepping out of the office. Maybe ask the patient to check if they want to use the restroom too clean off excess white crumb from the procedure or have mirror and wet towel for patient to clean their mouth. I walk out of the office with white crumb around my mouth, neck and chest area. It would had been embarrassing to have went out to the community unaware. Other than that my experience was great. Before being seen, evaluated, examined - she wanted to schedule me for a root canal. After explaining I wanted a consultation first to determine what the issue was, she sounded flustered and angry. I made my appointment and was told I would be called the day before to receive out-of-pocket estimates. I called two days before and a different person answered. When I asked for my cost estimate she said they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to provide me an estimate until after speaking to the insurance company which may not be until the day I'm seen. I tried to sound pleasant and asked if she could give me an educated guess and she said $90 to be seen but that doesn't include any images or any other types of tests they might have to do to determine the cause of my tooth sensitivity. After reading the previous reviews, I'm hoping to find another endodontist since I still have the issue with my tooth.
