When we arrived we parked right next to Cowboy Co., a which was closed, so we returned to shop the next day. Their boot assortment is impressive... colors and materials from cowhide to alligator to ostrich and capybara. My wonderful wife found herself a couple nice cowgirl shirts that she makes look quite nice, so now we're ready for some line dancing in Cave Creek the next time we visit and also at home! I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.
