Bad experience with Dr. Bartlett over a period of a couple of years. Had to get prescriptions twice for my wife and had to have her glasses made twice. Dr. Bartlett was rude when first prescription was WAY OFF, and reprimanded us for going to a different optometrist office (who had done our glasses before) instead of having our glasses made through his office. My prescription was also bad, and I chose to go to a different optometrist the second time so I wouldn't have to endure his irritable and "it's your fault" attitude.
