With the Scallop Crudo, I would say they called it Vietnamese Nuoc Cham sauce, but I think they were actually thinking of the Lao Jeow Som. Sauce for the Scallop Crudo was delicious, though. I loved how fresh the ingredients were. For drinks, I got a mocktail of their Amaretto, I think. I liked the drink, it tasted very cozy for the weather. Overall, dishes are all farm to table here. The onion rings were good, the mozzarella sticks were mediocre, and the curly fries... well, I like them OK, but why do they insist on that orange seasoning? This plate was also strange. You'd think they'd give you ranch for the fries/onion rings, and marinara for the mozzarella sticks, right? Well, it was COCKTAIL SAUCE, and that is an ugly surprise if you're looking for marinara on your cheese!
