Great as a coffeeHOUSE and boy is this place homey what with the local art both painted and…read moreprinted, framed and hung on the walls, free WiFi and homemade tasting, slightly burnt iced coffee. Plus chairs, stools, tables, leather chairs (in which I sit), views of mountains and perhaps a throne or two. But, it must be said, that iced coffee was a FREE REFILL (which they do for hot and iced coffees) for a different drink, and that different drink was a chocolate-hazelnut iced coffee, which was not what I expected, i.e. a 5 calorie iced coffee, but instead a syrupy, heavily flavored dessert drink with which I broke my fast far harder than I had meant to. Had I known this drink was not seasoned beans turnt to a delectable cup, I might have passed on it, and had I not felt the desire to rejoin my company, I would have asked for the heaviest of heavy creams to make it a straight milk shake, but I drank it as was and enjoyed it every sip. The flavor was good to great, the texture more than I wanted but curious as a Campbell I couldn't just get the nitro-brew I craved because there was a hazelnut-coffee concoction I had never had heard of let alone tried and probably, along with the refill has more get up and go than the nitro solo. But I been here for hours now and don't feel like leaving yet, and that the baristae refilled my cup with coffee whilst allowing me to avoid the line (which isn't cutting. Justification: The line is only for people who still need to pay) really bumps that service up to magnificent. I love it here so much that I am almost remiss to go back to all four generations of my family who have gathered locally.

My wife's Quiche was not good at all. We threw it out after a few bites, and the muffin wasn't anything special. We left and went across the street to get something to eat and drink.

Lately, I'm obsessed with their Maple Bacon croissant. At local locations, it comes out messy and…read morerushed. Here, is where the Dunkin Gods must reside! The lines for drive-thru and walk-ins were ridiculously long, but they managed to move things along at a reasonable pace. When I finally got my order, the croissant was grilled just enough that certain sections were burnt just right, the bacon was perfectly maply and eggs were soft. I don't know how else to explain it, but this it the best made Maple Bacon Croissant I have ate yet! My photo skills need work, but trust me. Even with all the crazy lines, they managed to put in the work, easily 5 stars!

Then she handed me 3 waters, which she did not rang up on the screen when we ordered. Our total was $18 when I looked at the screen. When we approached the window, it changed to around $21 before taxes. I understand that you have to charge for the water cup but it would have been good customer service to mention it when we are ordering or ring it up on the screen for transparency. I do not have a problem paying for the water, it wasn't brought up to the employee. The problem was the attitude and eye rolling with the servicing employee. She handed us our 5th drink. I asked for more straws since she initially handed me 2, she proceeds to hand me 2 more. We were waiting at the window still and I can tell she's getting annoyed. She asked what we were waiting for. I told her we have 1 more drink. She moved with attitude and looked for my last drink. She finally handed me the last drink. I again asked for more straws. She glared in disbelief and paused before grabbing more straws. I think its basic customer service and protocol to get 6 straws ready if someone orders 6 drinks... I shouldn't have felt ashamed for asking for more straws when you handed me 2 to begin with. I also tipped prior to the bad customer service. She did not deserve that money. If she doesn't like working a customer facing position, maybe get a job elsewhere. Ive been going to dunkin for 7 years, never had an issue- especially over straws....

(That may be my experience because I'm a person who is chill and not in a rush and not a douchey city person.) I think people tend to receive back the "vibes" they put out. I disagree with reviews frustrated about the wait/service. I have always felt it was the same as anywhere else if not faster. I just think most people are impatient and pathologically self centered. But back to the place: Their nitro cold brew is outstanding!! I like their food also. Just like any new establishment there are snags to sort out & a learning curve (why 4/5 stars...so I can update later with 5/5) .. despite the challenges of starting a new business, I think they're doing great!! At OTHER places (like those mentioned in other reviews) I often feel like I'm treated like a tourist although I've lived here for 15 years.. the crew at cream coffee bar are very warm and welcoming. More like a family atmosphere they've got going.
