I called for service around 10 AM and was told they could do same-day service. I was given a…read moretwo-hour window (between 3-5 PM). I was told they would phone me upon arrival at my house. It was okay that I wasn't there, because the door was stuck open. True to word, technician Brad phoned me from my driveway and told me what he believed was wrong with the door (we agreed). He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.

I knew it was a spring because we had them replaced before and you could see it but they wouldn't give you an estimate until they got there. I'm not a fan of being at someone's mercy.

This is a very dishonest company, I asked them for an estimate on a side entry door for my garage &…read morethey claimed that the whole garage would have to be remodeled and no one made a door to fit that. I went to another company that same day & it took them 2 minutes to find a door that would fit perfectly, also about 2 years ago I called them at least 5 times for an estimate on new doors & they totally ignored all my calls. They used to be a good company but they have totally fallen apart in the last couple of years. It is very disappointing that I had such extremely poor service!
