I called for service around 10 AM and was told they could do same-day service. I was given a…read moretwo-hour window (between 3-5 PM). I was told they would phone me upon arrival at my house. It was okay that I wasn't there, because the door was stuck open. True to word, technician Brad phoned me from my driveway and told me what he believed was wrong with the door (we agreed). He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.

Had two doors serviced. They were long over due. The job couldn't be completed in just one day but…read morethey were back the next day with replacement parts. Had two new openers installed. New springs and hinges on one door. New controllers and remotes. The guy was there all day but did a great job. Not the cheapest in town but quick, professional and quality equipment.

The good, you can get them to Come out quickly and they did…read morethe job. The bad, they try and upsell you the minute they walk in the door. I had one spring bad and they replaced both and took my good spring with them which makes me wonder if I didn't get someone's used spring. I thought they were expensive also but I needed it done so I was stuck. I knew it was a spring because we had them replaced before and you could see it but they wouldn't give you an estimate until they got there. I'm not a fan of being at someone's mercy.

He shows up and took 3 seconds Said, I can't fix this, I have to order parts After I took a half day off work, Terrible customer service. Please hire Precision or Overhead before these people.
