Our house is over 100 years old so we ran into a few snafus, like an uneven floor, bracketing issues attaching the dishwasher to the counter, and hose fittings but he handled it all smoothly, checking with me before making any decisions we might not have been comfortable with (e.g., screws in our counter interfered with bracketing the dishwasher exactly in the center of the space we had wanted so we had to shift a little to the left). He also reused some materials I had left over from a DIY project I had done to level the washer, saving us some money on additional materials. We also ran the dishwasher before he left and identified one of the hoses was a little too loose, causing a slight drip, so he made sure everything was tight and secure before wrapping the job. The dishwasher has been running great! The price was really reasonable and Jose was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely feel very comfortable calling him again for future jobs!

It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges.
