This system is seriously flawed as the assistant didn't understand any of the prompts. She was finally able to gather all of my information, including my name, my phone number, and my car make and model. Next, I was connected to a service center. The woman at the service center, and then proceeded to collect ALL of the same information from me. She proceeded to give me my quote and told me they recommended getting my windshield wipers replaced and it would be $380 for the premium package. She said she would go ahead and get me scheduled for that. I told her I just wanted a windshield, nothing extra,just a windshield. That brought the price down to $255. They are charging over $100 for windshield wiper replacement! That is ridiculous! I could see someone like my mother calling in and just paying $380 without thinking about it ,because service center didn't say there was an option without this and made it seem like that was the price. it has been about 40 minutes now on the phone and she transfers me to my local shop, which was where I was trying to call in the first place. The local shop then proceeds to gather ALL of the same information from me. None of this information is transferred on from one phone call to the next. An hour later, and I finally have my appointment! Such a hassle! I have half of mind to just go with another company because they make this so difficult. How many people are you paying to do the job that the local shop did in less than 5 minutes!!
