You would not believe how many poor customer service ridden places we had to call (who were happy to simply ignore us or argue with us about our needs...) until we found the heaven of which is In2 Computers and Vinny. We called ahead and Vinny was the most polite person we had spoken to all day! Their customer service is on par and he told us to just bring some of the parts we do have into the store to make sure we were going to buy compatible hardware. The store itself is very easy to find and is in a plaza down Sample road. We got in quickly and Vinny helped us super fast! He took the processor we brought in, cleaned it up and did the research online of what motherboard would work perfectly with our part. He then went to the back of the shop and brought out the exact model he had earlier researched. He also made sure that the RAM card we had was compatible as well. Ultimately, we will definitely return here for all of our computer needs thanks to Vinny, He single handedly showed us what wonderful service In2 Computers has to offer. It was shattered and possibly needed a whole new "house" as it was called. I dropped by today, came in, within 5 mins was quoted (super affordable!) and device was fixed within 1.5 hour timeline (honestly, it was fixed faster). He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done. Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek.
