A funny thing happened when I was searching for the Starbucks in the Costco shopping center on Santa Rosa Ave... Well, two funny things actually. 1) I discovered that there is no Starbucks in the Costco center. even though there seems to be one in every ever center in SR... my bad, I searched for something that didn't exist... 2) I found something I never knew existed - a bright, new, clean, spacious Teaspoon. The place is actually called Teaspoon and I feel fortunate that I found it. Faster and better WiFi than I ever experienced at Starbucks plus a different style of tea, and coffee delivery. I had a Golden Coffee, and it was different than any coffee drink I had before... I actually thought I was getting a good 'ol cold brew but this was new - at least to me. I'll have more - this I know. Especially since I got a no-sugar version and it tasted great - no sugar - very important to me. And the owner was working the front and an assortment of friendly pretty faces were backing him up - it was the best coffee and Wifi session I've had since... well maybe since ever. I will choose Teaspooon over my old coffee and Wifi place happily ever after. And here's the wierd thing - I'm pretty sure that coffee isn't even thier speciality they serve boba and an assortment of other treats that I wasn't interested in - but I will try one of the delicious looking teas - without sugar of course next time I go - then I'll probably switch back to the Golden Coffee no matter how good the tea is ... what can I say I'm a coffee guy at heart. I also love a spacious lobby with excellent wifi and being surrounded by smiling faces and happy music wafting in the background. Teaspoon is the best suprise I've had all year. read more

Im so happy to have Teaspoon close to my job, all their drinks are just simply delicious. My favorite one is Taro lover with their honey boba, but they have a lot of different toppings to add to your drink. All their staff is very friendly and the owner is very nice, always answering questions and giving suggestions. read more

By far the best boba shop in Santa Rosa. Ordered a House Milk Tea (with boba) and a Red Bull Cocolada (with extra boba) and both were beyond excellent! You can order via DoorDash like I did for quick service. Both drinks were still cold when received. read more

I can't help but give this place 5 stars. The tapioca has the perfect consistency for me and the tea ACTUALLY tastes like tea! The music is always upbeat and enjoyable, the space is clean, and all of the employees are very friendly. The owner/manager always seems to be there and is constantly working. When it gets busy he immediately hops behind the counter to start making drinks. To me, this is a sign of a great business. If you're in the market for some good drinks, this is the place to go. The Liquid Gold is my favorite! Give it a try if you're in the area. read more

One of the most disappointing boba I've ever had considering their nice website and hip/trendy store. The bobas were either stuck together or deformed, like they've been chewed. The drinks had zero flavor. We got the silky mango and silky strawberry but they were neither silky or smooth. They were supposed to be made with whole milk but tasted like watered-down milk, maybe they used fat-free. If you're new to boba, this might be okay but if you're a boba enthusiast, this is like getting coffee from a gas station. Not a nice gas station, but a gas station in the middle of nowhere, with coffee that is room temp made yesterday and the "cream" is watered-down milk. Keep driving. read more

When this place was under construction my gf and I were anticipating its grand opening for so long. Now that it's open it's the best boba in SR by far. The best part is the great customer service they provide. The drinks always come out on time and taste great. The owner Aman is always there making sure this place is pumping out quality boba. Was in Santa Rosa visiting a friend...went out for food, saw this newly opened Teaspoon location. I tried the creamy "dreamy" jasmine, it was very refreshing, smooth and silky. My friend tried the Paradise Lime, she said it was very refreshing and perfect as a cooler on hot day! Not exactly the milk tea I'm seeking for. Milk tea is lack of tea, all I could taste is the sugar and milk. At first I thought it was just my taste bud, but my 3 friends have a similar judgment. Hopefully, they get more feedback and up the tea up notch read more

10/10 for speed of service, taste, and overall look of the place! Today I went in for a mango smoothie with boba and the owner saw me struggling a bit on the selection process on their kiosks. Rather than just staring (like most places do lol), he was quick to help and the drinks were quick to come out! Personally I don't like my smoothies smooth (i know it sounds silly lol), and I like the feeling of ice chunks still so next time i'll know to ask for it not fully blended. If you DO like smoothies that are silky smooth...their smoothies are A1 for that and you'll love it here! In regards to pricing, I got the smoothie with 2 different types of boba and it was $9.29. Compared to other places, I think that price point is pretty good. Its a bummer not seeing only 5 stars on the review page because honestly...compared to other places, this place is top notch. Every other place has a weird smell, tacky flyers everywhere, or everything is sticky. Not this place! I hope this place always stays how it is. I will definitely be returning!! read more

I have been to teaspoon a few times and just recently it has gotten worse. One of the times was when the girl working at the cash register where i asked if i could get egg pudding instead of boba, but she seemed unsure and said no. I've done this before with the owner and a different employee. Not sure her name, but she wasn't very friendly. Paying extra .75 cents for a topping and you get barely anything is very unfair. The new employees don't seem like they know the right measurements or anything as I also asked for less ice but the whole cup was ice for both drinks. read more

Today's order will be my last. This was the second order that I have paid an additional $.75 to add honey boba to my drink and it was not added. Also, when I ordered a drink and asked for no boba they included it. It seems that they don't place great importance on complying with client requests. The drinks are not inexpensive. I can't justify paying these prices for orders that are continually wrong. read more

This place has definitely improved since their soft opening and they've only been open for a month or so. The drinks are top quality and the boba is fresh. The manager is great and has amazing customer service! It's definitely my go to place now. The grasshopper is definitely one of the best drinks on their menu! read more
