The drinks are delicious. It felt really hot inside which was uncomfortable but that was the only negative thing.

I was so excited to try this place because the drinks looked so cute on the website! We walked in and were immediately greeted by an employee, and she was very patient as we looked through the menu! She offered us samples of the ladybug tea and mango milk tea, and both were extremely refreshing and not too sweet! We were also offered samples of two of their bakery items! My brother wasn't sure about which drink he wanted, and they offered him a sample of the taro milk tea which was delicious! It wasn't too sweet! I ended up going with the match milk tea with brown sugar boba! I thought the drink was delicious, but the boba texture was a little chewier than I expected! The ambiance was quiet, and it seemed like a small cute location to hang out or catch up on some work! This spot just opened so it isn't super packed yet, but I would highly recommend the boba spot! This establishment of Teaspoon (one of my favorite boba chains) seems somewhat new, so take things with a grain of salt with the chance that things get better. I'm just writing this review to give some feedback :)) Tea was nice and strong. Compares to other locations. Milk ratio was not bad. Not perfect (a little too much milk) but good enough. The boba itself needs a lot of work. Actually, the consistency was not bad, but the flavor was a let down. Each tapioca ball I chewed was probably flavorless. The texture is the hard part, so I feel like it won't take them long to get the sweetener down. Still would recommend this place regardless, but hoping the already decent quality only goes up! read more

Well, the customer service and drinks are not the same as when the store first opened. The lady today was not very friendly and she was rushing around even though the place was empty. My drinks were prefer online and they were not yet ready when I arrived almost 10 minutes late. She made my daughter's drink wrong, and when I walked from my apartment again to return it to have it remade a few minutes later, she was a little snarky. I don't think I'll go back.
