COVID-19 SAFETY The staff always wears masks and gloves and there's a plastic divider at the register to allow for even less interaction. They generally leave the doors open too so you don't even have to touch the handles. PARKING There are always tons of parking spaces so it's super convenient ORDERING I've ordered primarily through the app, but their in-person ordering is also super fast! Drinks are usually ready within 10 minutes and if you're ordering multiple drinks they also put it in a bag for you. I really recommend downloading the Teaspoon app since you can also get points and sometimes they send discounts to you too. DRINKS My go-to drinks are Silky Mango and Grasshopper! During Halloween, they also had the Hulk (green Thai tea) which I really loved (and hope it comes back soon). The boba at the Fremont location is always super super soft and chewy and fresh no matter what time of day, which I really appreciate. SERVICE The staff here are super friendly! Went to their grand opening yesterday and even with 100+ on the line, they had a smooth process of getting customers in and out! We got several drinks and they were all made to perfection! Grasshopper still remains my favorite as it is one of their more unique drinks you can not get in other bubble tea stores. Super light and refreshing. The staff is friendly and ambiance is top notch! Easily some of the best honey boba in town. When the Milpitas location opened, we went there almost every week, but now there's this location and it's dangerous in a good way because now it's right down the street from us! If you get the holiday drinks and like them, get them as much as you can! Once they change or run out, they're gone. Of the regular drinks, my favorite is the Grasshopper (which is lychee green tea topped with cucumber juice), but I also really enjoy the Taro Lover (taro milk with slow roasted taro chunks). Before you order, make sure you download the Teaspoon Cafe app so you can start accruing rewards points ("Golden Spoons") on your very first visit. Parking is ample in this parking lot because it is shared with many other small businesses and is next to Boiling Point. Tea flavors/fragrance/taste is something I always appreciate at tea stores, while others may like toppings and fancier drinks. I'm a regular at the teaspoon Milpitas, so I'd have to the quality & consistency of this location is similar. This location replaced the old One Tea & is next door to Boiling Point. The drinks can sometimes be too watery but the honey boba is usually consistently soft & chewy. Sugar levels are the same, & my usual is 50% sweetness. My go to orders are usually the creamy jasmine milk tea and the liquid gold. They have some fun seasonal flavors sometimes too. They have a glass screen between the register and the store is limited to mostly the front for you to wait. My order took a bit longer than I expected and I came around 11:30 on a weekday. The cashier was preoccupied with taking some pictures for a drink she made for another order though, I assume for some pick up order since there was no one but me lol. Also their drinks on delivery/pick up service are marked up too so fyi. I only saw one person working in the morning so I say call ahead or order through pick up service. I came on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. I was craving a fresh strawberry milk boba, but opted for the strawberry matcha royale. The matcha is not strong at all, and it's actually pretty hard to distinguish. However, the fresh strawberry is so refreshing and sweet. On 1/14/2022, my wife bought one cup of milk tea from this store, and she felt something wrong with it because it tasted different. She stopped drinking it immediately. Tldr: ordered 4 drinks took way too much time. (My matcha royale doesn't even taste like matcha and my brothers strawberry sangria tasted salty(????) and watery) When teaspoon opened their Warm Springs location I was extremely excited. I've been here multiple times and have been quite satisfied with my service and drink consistency. However, today I was extremely disappointed, I ordered 4 drinks and they told me it'd take maybe 10 min extra since they were waiting on boba. Understandable, I work at a boba place as well I understand how it goes, but what rang some alarm bells in my head was when they didn't do anything when waiting for the boba. Optimally you should be making the drink itself and just add boba on top. While I ordered a matcha royale, if they asked me if it was ok to put boba on top I would have said yes. As a result (other people ordered as well), it took them 40 mins for my drink and 35 for the people who went after me as they got their drink first. I would say, don't schedule only 2 people on a Saturday, especially if one is still in training. Teach staff about more efficient ways to use their time and encourage them to let the customers why the wait time might be longer than usual. If you're insistent on only 2 people and one is the trainee, let the customers know that the extra time might be due to having fewer people on staff or needing to train the other person. read more

Very nice staff. The customer in front of me brought two kids and the staff let the kids tried their smoothies in a small cup, asked if adjustments were needed before serving them their full drinks. They were still able to make my drink (some modifications due to the blackout), but just glad that I still got something since I live a bit far despite the situation being not in their favor. Tea was the same as usual but service was horrible. Cashier started talking on the phone in the middle of my order so it took forever to even just get my receipt. My party wanted to sit down but we couldn't even do that because this one girl worker decided to wrap presents and take up all the space at the largest table. I thought we could make do by sitting at the tiny tables at the very back but apparently wrapping presents is more important than keeping tables clean during a pandemic because old drinks from God-knows-how-long-ago were still there from some other party of customers. 一般喝这家的芋头牛奶多一点，味道还是不错的，不是特别突出，但是好喝，珍珠质感也好，如果觉得这个太平常。可以尝试一下他家冷门，棉花糖奶茶，其实没什么棉花糖的味道，是偏香浓的感觉，比较特别和少见，不过这个偏甜，25%应该就差不多了。爱吃珍珠的，冲他家。

Before the Fremont location has opened, I had never gone to Teaspoon at all (so I can only judge this location) but I was blown away. The star of all of the drinks is their honey boba which has perfectly complemented every single drink I've tried. It's amazing and sweet like any good boba should be. I had a drink without the boba and it did not taste the same as their drinks are meant to have the boba in it. The drinks I've tried have been great (my favorite is the Tiger Chai) and I've had weeks where I've gone more than once. The only qualm I can say is that the drinks are pricey, about $6-7 with tax/tip so that's something to keep in mind before going. However, this is still an amazing spot for boba and I see myself coming time and time again. read more
