First time buyer, I recently ordered some pennants. They arrived very timely. There were a couple errors but the company corrected very quickly and expedited shipping so I had what I wanted for game day. They turned out great. Nice quality vinyl and printing. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

TeamsBanner came through for our team. I discovered a mix-up with our order the evening before our Saturday game. They responded quickly and had the missing items driven to my home just in time. Excellent customer care, and I appreciate the effort to get our banner on the field. I'll happily be ordering from them again. read more

Don't go anywhere else...Teamsbanner is the place! The first time I placed an order with them was in 2007! (This review is way past due!) It was my very first time ordering a banner ever. They had/have GREAT customer service, are always available to answer all your questions, and have such a quick turnaround time! When there are changes needed to be made, you won't wait long to see the next proof. They'll make any changes necessary until it's just right. If you have an idea of what you want, but don't see it, just send them an email and they get to work. I've been very pleased each time I've ordered a banner with them. One of the most convenient services they offer is there is no fee required to get started on a proof. (That always makes it a little easier as being a team mom, when you have to collect the money from the team.)They also give their returning customers a discount! Don't waste your time, looking around. You won't be disappointed! read more

I recently had the pleasure of using teamsbanner.com to print promotional vinyl club banners for display at various sites, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The first thing that stood out to me was their professionalism. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and design the banner exactly to my specifications. Their design tool allowed me to customize the banner with our club logo and other graphics effortlessly. What impressed me the most was the level of assistance I received from their customer support team. I had a few questions about the printing process, and they were more than happy to answer them promptly and thoroughly. Their helpful guidance made the entire process much smoother. The best part was the pricing. I was amazed by how affordable their banners are compared to other sites. For a 4x6 ft banner with grommets, the cost was only $43.99, which is significantly cheaper than what I found elsewhere. Plus, they offered free and fast overnight shipping, ensuring that I received my banner right on time for our event. Even with such a low price, there was no compromise on quality. The final product exceeded my expectations. The banner was vibrant, with sharp graphics and clear text. The material used was durable and weather-resistant, perfect for outdoor display. The turnaround time was impressive too. Within just two days of placing the order, I had the banner delivered to my doorstep. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient service. Overall, I highly recommend teamsbanner.com for anyone looking to print banners. Their professionalism, helpful customer support, affordable pricing, and fast delivery make them stand out from the rest. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. read more

Teamsbanner is AMAZING!!!! I designed a banner yesterday, and they were able to ship it for me via Fed Ex overnight in order for our team to have the banner for their parade Saturday morning. The banner itself is fabulous, and I know there will be 12 VERY excited little t-ballers tomorrow carrying that banner. I was VERY late to the game getting this ordered, and teams banner's team was unbelievable with rushing the banner, and getting it shipped out. I really can't thank them enough, they saved me!! We will be ordering ALL of our future banners through their site going forward. I just can't express how happy I am with their service, and assistance. read more

You've done it again! We love our Darth Vaders banner! A well-made, great-looking banner that turned out exactly how we had hoped it would. Thank you so much for working with us on the revisions and for the very quick turn-around time. Easy pick-up and we were thrilled to see the banner when we got it. The boys love it!! Thanks for being so dependable for a return customer. We will certainly continue to return and refer you to others. Stephanie Wallace read more

First time I had to order a team banner for my soccer team. I had a lot of fliers/vendors to choose from but their website was easy to use and offered a lot of artwork to choose from. I'm glad I chose them! The proof came quickly, they responded promptly, kept me informed about my order, and I got my order at my door in two days I couldn't have asked for more. The banner looks great! And I'm very happy to have chosen the right company to go to! read more

Quick, easy, efficient!!!! I created the design for my team and by the next day, I saw the proof. There was one small error, wrong number for a player, but I sent in the correction and they had it fixed in no time. I placed the order and in three days, the banner was at my house. The kids loved the banner and it was easy to install. I will definitely use them again for any team banners that I might need to order in the future. read more

Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

Overall, everything was speedy, efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . As a small business owner myself, I don't take leaving reviews lightly--which is why this is a 2-star experience rather than 1. I truly value supporting other small businesses, but unfortunately, this process was consistently disappointing. I ordered two custom sticker designs for my baking business. Throughout the proofing stage, multiple revisions were required due to errors. Despite carefully reviewing and approving updated proofs, the final products were still incorrect--on more than one occasion. My experience with customer service added to the frustration. The initial representative was dismissive and made the situation feel as though it was my responsibility, which was disheartening. While a second representative was more polite, the overall communication still lacked accountability and clarity. I was assured a corrected order would be sent, yet I received no confirmation or follow-up--even after reaching out via email. What makes this especially unfortunate is that the brand itself is well-known within the baking community, including exposure through the Daisymakes Convention. I had high expectations and genuinely wanted to support.
