I found this gym through Groupon during my stay in Houston. This gym has the potential to be better…read morethan its current state. I have truly enjoyed working out with Danielle and Tika. Both are awesome and create the BEST workouts!! As for the gym itself, there is ample equipment and plenty of room to move around. Also, there are clean towels and sometimes bottled water available. However, with the class times available, it may not work for everyone. The only class available in the morning is at 6:15 am?! Chile. So, for the price you pay, there should be more class times available. I would give this place a solid 1.5 stars, just based on my experience..

I'm here to tell you to ignore the illusion that their website gives. Their website might claim to…read morehave classes you can sign up for but it's currently false. They're purposely misleading people and using the pandemic to make money. This past Saturday I purchased a one month Blu Fitness unlimited Class, because I was sold on the Sunday yoga session I thought was available the next day. After payment I tried calling the number provided to sign up for morning yoga, I learned that the number was no longer active. The website couldn't help me so I decided to drive to their location and that's when I realized that they're not even open. This information was not stated in the promotion or on their website. I filled out a "Contact Us" form on their website and threatened to call my bank which I'm guessing was the reason the owner messaged me later that day to tell me they'll re-open in 10 days. He made it sound okay to sell a product that cannot be used without informing the buyer during or before the transaction. SELFISH!! I decided to write this review because I urged him to make it known that his gym was currently closed while he continues to promote and sell his classes but I see that he hasn't. As you can see in the picture provided their website claimed to have classes you can sign up for this past weekend and today. I guess It's too much to expect businesses to be honest during a time like this. Please Be warned!

I love Terence and his awesome staff!…read more My work put me in charge of finding a company that would offer us a corporate fitness plan, and after meeting and talking to Terence at the high school track where we run, and where he was training kids on football drills, and after other extensive research, I recommended TD3 Fitness. We contracted with them to come out and work with us at work by offering two boot camp workouts a week, plus a Lunch and Learn class once a week. And it's been fantastic! They offer different classes, including dance, and Zumba and the like, but we chose a boot camp type class, as we have some guys who don't necessarily want to do Zumba. We've done one pure cardio kickboxing class that everyone enjoyed, and the rest of the classes have been either a mix of strength training and cardio, or just strength training. We typically work out at the park near my job, but last week had to go to the gym because of the rain. And it was good, because he had a lot more equipment for us to use. Although, when we did drop sets at the park with just kettle bells and our body weight, we got a work out for real! Ariane teaches us one a week, and Terence teaches the other, plus he does the Lunch and Learn. We chose "Nutrition for Life" as we are doing a weight loss challenge at work and this ties in well. This isn't a big box gym that you can work out in every day. This is a small gym that offers personal training and small group workouts, plus corporate fitness. But Terence knows his stuff (he used to play in the NFL and also does corporate fitness for a lot bigger companies that ours), and will motivate you without being a jerk. he's tough, but it's tough love. He wants you to succeed and each your fitness goals, no matter how small, or how lofty. Ariane as well is a great instructor and will push you farther than you thought you could go. She won't let you quit, even though that last mountain climber hurts! I would definitely recommend TD3 Fitness! It's a great place with fantastic people. I think it's reasonable, but of course I just have experience with the corporate plan for our small company. I hope they continue it, but if not I would NOT hesitate to come here for personal training! The place may not look like much from the outside, but inside? I think magic happens here!

I've been attending this gym (3-5 times a week) since July 2019 because I moved to the area and…read moreneeded to keep on my exercise regime. Before Life Fit, I was a member of F45 (6 months) and Gold's Gym (20 years). In my last 2 months at F45, I could sense that my progress had plateaued (which always eventually happens if you've worked out consistently for a solid period of time). Due to my move to the area, I fortunately happened upon Life Fit while taking a new route home from work. I took the free class and was hooked (despite the no air conditioning, which eventually is a small price to pay for the tremendous benefits). In just 3 months of going to Life Fit, I feel as strong and healthy as I did in my 20's (I'm in my mid-40's), have reached an ideal bodyweight and BMI, and truly enjoy EVERY workout (as grueling as they are!). The foundation of this gem of a gym is the owner and employees. ALL of them genuinely care for each person's health and well-being. It's nice to be greeted each time you walk through the door and given a verbal and figurative pat on the back when you leave. In addition, it's motivating for me to hear a trainer (i.e. Fabian) say my name attached to a "good form" or "keep it up" while I'm in the midst of a tough set. Both Adrian and Fabian have helped me with my form on numerous exercises so that I could maximize my efforts. Fabian has sat with me for over an hour to educate me on eating for my body's needs. Valeria and Ms. Maria are always helpful and generous with a personal greeting and smile. All in all, I am grateful for this gym and what it's offering the community and what it's given me. I tell everyone I can about Life Fit. You can't lose (except extra body fat) by attending this gym!!

I ended up training with her personally instead and also attending her boot camp classes every Saturday. She is very well knowledgeable about fitness and diet (culturally speaking, as I am Asian and can be very stubborn about my diet). I have had experience with 3 other Personal Trainers but none of them took time to get to know me, or my diet and actually helped me work with it. Elizabeth, right off the bat didn't say "Quit rice forever" or "You can't eat curry". Instead she told me how to balance my diet and gave me personalized nutrition guide with plenty of substitutions. She always tells me to check everything she says and not simply take her word for it. Her exercises are unique and she is hilarious. She is also very approachable during the week and answers questions pretty quickly. She is more of a lifestyle & habit changer, than a "quick 4 week workout plan for a flat belly" kinda trainer. Right now, all classes & training sessions are virtual and yet she still somehow manages to make me sweat buckets during a workout. I felt so much better physically after just 2 weeks as my diet is much cleaner and and my own workouts are much more efficient. She has given me various tools to keep my lifestyle changes throughout the week, not just when I'm with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a slow and comprehensive lifestyle change with short term & long term lasting results.
