We had a great experience with Owo when he came to clean and repair our grout throughout our house…read more The job ended up being a much larger job than anticipated because the previous owners had put a coating on the tiles that Owo had to get off before he could do his work. We also had voids under the tile which he did his best to fill. He went above and beyond and worked so hard to get our job done as fast as he could and it looked fabulous! Thank you Owo!! Also, great pricing!!

I hired Owo to clean and seal the grout at a house we have by ASU. It was rented out to college…read morestudents so to say the grout was in rough shape is an understatement. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!

After talking to my wife and I to schedule a day, we found out not surprisingly they were book out a few weeks . Josh found out the wife had family flying in to visit with us for a few weeks. Josh went over his schedule and somehow found a Friday they could do it prior to the family visiting. The workers came out laid down a few grout color Samples. My wife picked the one she wanted and they went to work. The job got done in one day And came out perfect Thanks to all of you! Ken and Julie Carson Laveen AZ (Happy Wife Happy Life)

I have two dogs that constantly track in mud and dirt, so my floors had definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, when my tile was originally installed, grout had overflowed onto many of the tiles, leaving a dull haze that I thought would never come off. Jeff was able to remove it, and I was honestly shocked at the difference. My floors look brand new! Who would have thought I'd be this excited about clean floors? Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. If you're looking for someone who truly knows tile and grout cleaning, I highly recommend East Valley Floor Care.
