But regardless, they have always been fantastic, especially when compared to other alarm companies I have been with whom I will not name. There have actually been a few times where an alarm was triggered and the it was a real alarm; not a test or false alarm. First alarm was an audible Panic after I woke up to see someone trying to crawl into my living room window. The window had a vent switch, allowing it to be open up to 8 inches without causing an alarm. The burglar had not breached the 8-inch mark and therefore the alarm was not triggered. But as soon as I hit that panic button, Alarm Relay / Watchlight was there, as they always have been and Police arrived within 4 minutes. Second event was more recent, just a few weeks ago actually. I hit the Medical Emergency Button as my blood sugar had crashed to the point where I began seizing. Alarm Relay / Watchlight was able to get an ambulance to me very quickly before I lost my life. Alarm Relay / Watchlight has always been there, day and night, constantly keeping us safe. All associates of Alarm Relay / Watchlight are just beyond phenominal and I could not feel safer with anyone else. Sheri Johnson, the Office Manager, goes above and beyond to assist clients. If its not something she can assist with, she will find the correct person for you. She truly is a major asset to Alarm Relay / Watchlight. I could go on and on about Alarm Relay / Watchlight, but, then I would be writing a J.K. Rowling Book instead of a review. But just know, no other alarm company comes CLOSE to be being as awesome, diligent, and as caring as Alarm Relay / Watchlight. I will forever be a client of theirs.

He requested Andy to come back the next day so I could talk to him too and he did. The price is locked for two years and it never goes up like the cable companies. I was so convinced i had them come back the next day (that same day schedule was full) to re-activate the system and install a new control panel since the previous owner of our house had the push pad version (i'm a touch pad girl LoL) We are lucky that our house was built with the whole security wiring so all of our window and door sensors are not visible to the naked eye which is a huge plus. We received a letter from Becklar (?) saying All Secure stopped paying them (?) and that Becklar is discontinuing its services to All Secure. I tried to contact All Secure, and the phone number is out of service, the website is gone, and the owner (Jose) who was always wonderful and very responsive has changed his cell phone # and the cell phone # he always used is out of service. If you're going out of business, that's fine - but when you provide alarm monitoring services to people it is absolutely unacceptable and pathetic to not even notify your customers who rely on you for home security. This should be criminal.
