My husband and I had considered selling our large home for some time after our children were gone, and downsizing to a low maintenance home. We'd like to offer up our opinion of doing business with Team Lassen through Charles Souza and his team. The first thing we observed came through the initial call into the office. Someone quickly set up an appointment for Charles to come out and speak with us about selling our home. We spent a thoughtful amount of time talking about the current market. Since there were a few things that needed to be addressed in our house after the inspection, Charles, through his team at Lassen called in the necessary contractors to make sure everything was corrected. I've recently purchased a new home and want to share my experience with the folks @Metro Brokers - Team Lassen. I used to work with Jeff Jackson and knew he joined Team Lassen a few years ago and I've seen how Team Lassen continues to get awards for being a top brokerage firm in Colorado. I've bought four houses and have sold three throughout the years using other brokers, and I've never worked with a true "Team" working together to help their clients out. The Denver market is competitive. Jeff connected me with an automated query he set up on the MLS based on my requirements. When a new home was listed, I would get an email telling me about the listing. We visited one house, it wasn't right. The second house produced by the query looked like it had terrific potential. We went and visited the house, and with Jeff's assistance, we made a competitive offer appropriate for the market. What I didn't expect was the continued follow up made by Barbara. We have used Jeff Jackson in the past to sell our home and help us find a new home. We decided to build since the market was so volatile. Jeff stayed by out sides through the entire build. I did not know Charles Souza and had not heard of Team Lassen before we were introduced to them by the builder of our new home community. Within 10 minutes of our first meeting, I felt completely at ease with Charlie's transparent and empathetic outlook on the home buying process. The experience that my husband and I have had with Anoma Perera and her team has been a joy throughout what can sometimes become a very stressful process. As first-time home sellers in addition to first-time new build buyers, we've been full of questions and Anoma has been amazing at answering all of them and helping to guide us through the process which we truly had very little knowledge of. Absolute terrible experience with this Real Estate property management company. I along with my room mates were looking to rent a home, viewed a property Team Lassen was representing. Decided on renting the home, I had asked to review the lease up front and was told NO. Well after I gave them $150 to approve 3 tenants, and getting thus getting approved, I red the lease and had a few issues. The yard was completely dead, large yard and I asked for the owner/s to pay water bill for a few months, it needed massive amounts of water to revive it. One of their staff drove out and discovered it was dead, and agreed to pay for watering it. Lease stated we were responsible for blowing out sprinklers, I have owned 3 houses and rented 2 in my 20 years in the Denver area...never have I heard of a tenant being responsible for blowing out sprinklers. I can see in the spring time if something went wrong I would be responsible. It wasn't the $50 fee for it I had a problem with, it was being responsible....and if there was a problem I would have to get a hold of sprinkler guy....no, I don't think so, so I asked for the property manager to take care of a property manager's issue....they said NO and said we are not going to rent it to you..so I am out $150.00. And I have been a Realtor in CO for 15 years, never had such a bad experience with a un-professional Real Estate company.....Randy S. read more

We worked with Sarah Park and highly recommend her. My husband and I are 68 and 65. We relocated to CO from Chicago during Covid. We were going to come out to CO in April to view homes and could no longer do so. After Sarah helped us sell our first home in 2014 (in a seamless transaction where we received a full-priced offer within a week of listing the home), I fell for the common misperception that "all agents are basically the same." My wife and I recently sold a house in Aurora, CO with Team Lassen. They were absolutely awesome, and I can sum up why in two reasons that I think will give you a taste of whether you'd want to go with them. 1) When going through comps and helping us set a list price, our agent Sarah told us how much we should start at, but had a very specific plan to get the most value for our home. It worked. We ended up walking away with $15,000 above asking price. 2) Through this process we made friends with a lady on the team named Natalie. We made friends because Natalie handled, well, all of it. When we began this process my wife was working full-time and I was in the midst of finishing grad school, so we both had ample outside commitments.
